Purchase at Precision was actually a pleasant experience!

We were not going to purchase a vehicle without test driving vehicles from more than one manufacturer, Precision seemed to accept/expect that (unlike a couple of other places we had visited). Robert was helpful without being aloof or overbearing, he took us out to test drive a Santa Fe and and Tucson, then let us leave the dealership in peace. He was in contact afterwards, to see if we had any questions but was not overbearing and when we did make our decision to come back and purchase, he, Matt and Terrilyn were able to help us out very nicely. When we came to pickup our vehicle, Terrilyn got us through our paperwork quickly and Robert made sure we gained some familiarity with our new vehicle before we drove away. Since then, Robert has been in touch to make sure we were happy with our new purchase and to remind us not to hesitate if we had any questions/concerns. Great team, thanks!

Best Dealership in Calgary

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Precision Hyundai and had a fantastic experience. Aleksandr Jesenikov answered all my questions and ensured the purchase price was completely clear. The staff at Precision care about customer satisfaction and demonstrate that throughout the process - from the minute you walk into the dealership, to the finance process, to the guys in the service and detail area's - they really bend over backwards to make purchasing a new vehicle easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for a new car pop by Precision and ask for Aleksandr Jesenikov, you won't be disappointed

Good experience for getting my first car!

We were met by Aleksandr Jesenikov right away as we entered the dealership. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable and professional. As very thorough customers we had tons of questions and never felt rushed about it, and got all our answers. As the deal was at about to happen what we really appreciated was that both sides (us and the dealership) were open upfront about price expectations, so they came up with their best offer almost right away! :) They didn't have my color of the car on the lot, so we had to wait for it to be delivered from a different province, however it took only 2 days for that! Overall very good experience for getting my first car!

Great to deal with!

Dusty was so helpful and professional in helping me find a new vehicle. He took all the time I needed to explain special features in my new vehicle. I highly recommend Dusty and the dealership! I have been to other Hyundai dealerships over the years, but this one is number one in my books.

Great car shopping experience!

Dusty found us a vehicle that had just the features we wanted when other dealerships could not. He explained and demonstrated everything really well . He was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions. Well done Dusty O'Neil!

Just wonderful to deal with

Dusty is such a wonderful guy and I would recommend him to anyone. This is one of many Hyundai's I have bought over the years and I will keep coming back. They were all so kind to me and I thank all of them including the Scot😀

Unethical, non-committal and not followed up with promises

We found Precision Hyundai has very poor communication, lack of leadership, no commitments and NOT followed up on promises. We have two issues with them on a less than 1 year-old Tucson LTD we bought in 2011. The issues were not resolved to our satisfactory. First issue is regarding to the Extended Warranty where we were told by email it is valid till 3/30/2019 or 160,000 km's. Our vehicle only is well under 100K, but later told by Precision Hyundai that it was cancelled. How Second issue is we bought "lifetime warranty on paint protection" but when we call, numerous times, for application appointments we were told the warranty was invalid. Precision Hyundai will look into it and get back to us. They never did call back. At one point, a person named Caroline who worked in the Finance department promised me to look into the warranty issue and get back to me. She never did get back to me. Recently on July 25, we brought it back for a recall as well as getting the paint protection done, the recall was done but no paint protection done. We now told the warranty that was supposed to be life time, but was given a certificate of limited 5 year, expired on Sept 6, 2016. We basically paid fully price for it and never used it once. We demanded refund but Precision Hyundai refused to accept responsibility and did not act professionally to resolve the issue. I had to provide evidence in emails and text messages to prove my points. I (we) are extremely disappointed. I sure HOPE no other customers run into the same issues and please spread the words that stay away from Precision Hyundai 130 Glendeer Cir SE in Calgary. Please don't even think about dealing with this unethical dealership. Just to add a last note. They did not disclose that the vehicle only come with one set of key-fob at the time we negotiate. We found it out on the day we pick up the vehicle, that to me, was very concerning on their ethnic. They hide stuffs from customers. Thank you for reading this, p.s. We have responded to your concerns and have offered a solution to extend your warranty by re-application of the product. This offer is extended until November 30, 2016. Purchase of my preowned 2016 Genesis

Thank you to the team at Precision Hyundai for making another car buying experience a great one! In particular thanks to my salesman Billy, he explained the Genesis to me thoroughly inside and out and why compared to others that this would be a great vehicle for me. And I do say 'I love the car'.

Very Friendly and no pressure

I have dealt with and purchased from a lot of dealerships and I have never seen the integrity and non pressure that I saw at this dealership. I went at lunchtime the first time and Robert didn't even take my name (my choice of course). I came back the next day with my husband and they called him in on his day off (integrity). Most dealerships would have had a different salesman handle the sale.This impressed me. In the meantime another saleperson (Andrew)answered all our questions and brought my husband up to speed on the vehicle. This salesperson ended up being the owner's son so was the my salesman's boss's boss. He was very personable and made us both feel very welcome. Once Robert came in he took us for a test drive and then we began negotiating. Matt was the one that said yes or no. He was reasonable and we both were happy with our sale. On Tuesday we picked up our vehicle and dealt with Katherine who was also very friendly. We both walked away happy with the purchase and trade in of our vehicle. We totally recommend the Santa Fe.
