Friendly,no pressure and trustworthy!
This is our second time dealing with Chuck, he is someone you feel comfortable and trust. We found all the staff was very appreciative of doing business with them. From the time we walked in there was no pressure, very professional and most of all our trust. I drive an hour and a half (past numerous GM dealerships as close to a km away from my home) just to work with Chuck Erb and HMP! Chuck takes the time to ensure that you are in the right vehicle based on your needs, and strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Chuck answered my numerous questions and I truly felt was advocating for what was best for me in other aspects of the process. Susan in Finance was excellent to work with as her honest approach to customer service made the financing process so much easier, customized, and pain free. I could have gone to other dealerships and tried to work with other salespeople but without a doubt, I have and will continue to go to Chuck and HMP!
