Island Ford superstore is a first class outfit!

Island Ford superstore is a first class outfit! They always do their best to take care of me. Working with Dave Faithfull is the icing on the cake. Super knowledgeable and always eager to do whatever is necessary. I could not recommend the man enough!

Own a F-150. Had taken it to Island Ford Service for...

Own a F-150. Had taken it to Island Ford Service for regular service initially and there after when they called for reminders to come in. This year however, after i was called i called to make an appointment and was put on a lengthy hold, so i ended up hanging up. Sent a direct e-mail to the business card i had (Deanna SCHMIDT) and got no reply. Used the on line Chat and a rep said they would deliver a message to the dealer...well they did. I rec'd an email from Patricia FARAG and signed by a Keith CURRAN (indicating he was the service manager). Keith indicated that someone would get back to me shortly to set up an appointment. I heard nothing for a day so followed up with an email to him asking when. We are in day 3 now and still no appointment for a regular service so within minutes i was able to set up an appointment with another company. BTW, if you schedule a time at Island Ford...don't expect to get in at the designated time...they take your servicing in their stride...previous times, i waited 3-5 hours from scheduled drop off to finish for a regular maintenance.

Dave just sold us our fourth F150, and proved once again, if you are going to buy a vehicle, you should buy it from Dave. Excellent service,no surprises, everything done right. Even delivered it right to our house.

It was an absolute please in dealing with dave especially as i had not met him before. i have purchased around 30 vehicles from various dealerships on the island since 2006 and have never met anyone so committed to personal service. It will be a sad loss to your dealership when he finally retires i look forward to dealing with him in the future especially in the summer when i swing by with my restored classis car and take him for a burn

Bought a 2019 F150 from Island Ford today. From start to finish our salesman Guido gave us exemplary service. And the sales efforts were topped up by the sales manager Kyle. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the years. Every time it’s time to buy something new we try to give our business to some of the dealerships closer to home. But they don’t seem to care if they sell or not. So if you’re looking for a dealership that cares about selling and a sales rep that cares about his relationship with their customers, go see Guido at Island Ford in Duncan.
