Amado could not possibly have been more helpful: knowledgeable, patiently attentive to our needs and so willing to do his best to get us the best deal possible. And he did ! We are so happy with our new Escape, and with the help we continue to receive from this incredible young Gentleman. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire transaction and feel so fortunate to have met such an obviously gifted salesperson.

I live in Victoria and drive to Duncan to check out a Ford pickup I had seen online. The salesman that I dealt with, (Wade Robinson) was very attentive and not pushy whatsoever. After test driving the truck I went up to see I noticed another truck on the lot that parked my interest. After a test drive, some negotiations along with some added bonus incentives with Wade and his Manager Ryan, we came to an agreement I was very happy with. I drove back to Victoria in comfort and style and continue to enjoy my truck immensely. I have already, and will continue to recommend Island Ford, and my salesman Wade, to freinds and family alike !!

Island Ford is a great dealership and has very accomplished and knowledgeable staff. In particular I dealt with Robert Martin in sales, Mitzi Mogden, business manager and Ryan Leverette sales manager. Robert help us pick out the perfect car and Mitzy did the financial transaction, explaining warranties to us etc. Within a couple of hours of Driving into the dealership, I traded in my old car andI drove out and in new Escspe.

We purchased an Edge late January. I reached out via phone previous to coming to the dealership as we live in Nanaimo and Rob Martin came in on his day off to help us out. We were only able to come in later in the day and again it was no problem. Fast and furious, we walked out that evening in our Edge. Extremely happy with our vehicle and Rob was just a genuinely nice person to work with! Thank you

I have been in customer service for 30 years, it’s not often you find someone willing to go the extra mile these days.Dave was painting his house on his day off and met me at the dealership. He also added on extras as they weren’t included at no cost! Highly recommended this team they will do the extra service above and beyond!

On my new F 150 I had some mudflaps installed along with some changes done to my outside rear view mirrors. I found Boris to be very helpful, friendly and a great guy to deal with. Boris is very knowledgeable about vehicles with lots of experience in problems and maintenance. I trust him and would consider Boris a great source for advice..
