Well, let me tell you it was a great shopping and buying experience. I was fairly specific about my needs when shopping for a new work truck and Matt stepped up and made it possible. My wife and I liked our salesman(Keegan) on our first visit but that did not end with a car. Keegan kept in touch in a non bothersome kind of way, and then a car came in that he thought would suit us and phoned. It turned out to be the right car for us and after a little haggling we reached a deal and drove away happy. And it didn't end there, when we came back to pick up our old car we had a left and to get the new one detailed we were given a fantastic fun car to use as a loaner. We were treated fantastic and everyone we had a chance to meet during all our visits were the best. I will be recommending Keegan and the dealership to anyone who will listen. Well we spent the past couple weeks working out which vehicle would suit us best. We live in Nanaimo and recently drove down to Duncan to Island Ford. We looked at a 2017 Malibu and ended up trading in our VW Beetle. Rob Martin was our salesman and we are very happy with our experience. Rob did his best to make this deal happen and he was very fair to us.
