We had an amazing experience at Island Ford! I had a bit of anxiety about going, because of how some sales people can be. Sandra Jurcic came out and greeted us with this beautiful smile, and I felt so at ease with her! She made the whole experience stress free and easy! I'll be raving to everyone about her! Also met Sales Manager Ryan Saunders and Chris Tarala as Business Manager and they were awesome to work with too! THANK YOU WE LOVE OUR BRAND NEW 2018 F-150! I’ve been driving for 50 years. I decided to buy my first new truck. I’m from the mainland and I wasn’t having a very good experience shopping for a new vehicle. Maybe I was a just bit nervous on spending 50 large on a truck. After doing some reserch , turns out I fancied the F150 xlt sport 302a fx4 in magnetic. My friend on the island told me about his experience with Robbie “big wheels” Martin at island ford. So I called him, super nice guy on the phone , I told him what I was looking for and he got back to me an hour later with pretty well exactly what i was looking for with exception of a couple of extra very cool options. Robbie was so easy to deal with on the phone I didn’t hesitate to put a deposit on the ford and head over to Duncan 2 days later. My experience dealing with Robbie , Ryan and Edie at island ford was pleasurable. I highly recommend these people for no pressure straight business. Im super happy with my new F150 . Thanks Robbie.

We called ahead to book a meeting about a deal that was going on with a 2017 Ford Edge Sport. Sandra came in on her day off to help us, and we are very grateful for it. She has a very pleasant way about her that makes you feel very comfortable right from the start. Mitzi helped us during the financing phase of the deal, and she is amazing as well, and was a huge help, partnered with Bryan, on helping us get to where we needed to be. I would recommend Island Ford anytime, as I have only owned Ford vehicles, and have dealt with several Ford Dealerships, but Island Ford makes a huge effort to satisfy their customer's wishes which separates themselves from the pack. My wife and I was shopping around looking to replace our 2000 Ford super duty pickup. We were visiting dealerships that sold use trucks and Island Ford was one with trucks we were interested in. We went back to Island Ford because of the used truck selection. Rob Martin came over to see if we needed help and he was able to get use into a truck at a price we liked. Unfortunately the truck had problems and when we returned to Island Ford we learned of the 30 day exchange policy "GREAT". Rob was again a great help and got us into a newer truck again that we liked. Rob again helped us through the purchase process and again all the staff were very helpful. Me and my wife were very pleased with how hard everyone help to make it, Thank you.
