My 3rd Lease with Ford!

I drive 90 minutes each way so that Dave can pick me out a winner! I'm now on my 3rd Ford Escape and could not be happier. It is always fun to see Dave and the Ford team is excellent! I always leave smiling. I'll be back for number 4!

Great service.

It was great service and very friendly people to deal with. It was my second time buying from them and would buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Purchased a 2012 Honda Ridgeline

Island Ford Duncan BC I recently started my quest for a newer truck, I was online with Robert Martin and Ryan Leverette, inquiring about a 2012 Honda Ridgeline truck I had my eyes on. Robert was very professional on communicating via e-mail or text. with my very busy schedule and my availability to get the time to come up to Duncan to test drive this Honda Ridgeline. as soon as I finish text driving the Honda Ridgeline I was sold on the vehicle. Ryan Leverette whom I was referred to since Robert was away that particular day and took over the deal. he offered me a great deal on my trade in and we were able to agree on a great price for the Honda ridgeline. the following weekend I was able to go up to Duncan and finish of the deal. Robert was scheduled for a day off on that particular day but made an effort to meet me in person which I believe was a great gesture on his part since we were communicate via e-mail and text messages throughout the hole deal. the video captured was awesome and was a great marketing feature which showed the vehicle with a better view then pictures. Chris Tarala Busimess manager was also very professional with explaining the extended warranty, and preparing all the documents in a timely fashion, as for the young ICBC lady she was also very pleasant and very professional with her end of the deal. all in all a very good experience. Excellent and honest customer service

I bought my fist F150 from David fathfull in 2008 and I was presently surprised from him strait up approach and honest approach. This time when I was looking for a used truck I tryed a couple other dealership just because they had a selection of vehicles that I was interested in. All I got was obfuscated answers to my questions. So I email David fathfull. He answered all my questions which help me to make an informed decision. In a couple months I am going to buy a new truck and I will be using David fathfull as my salesperson.

Outstanding service

Purchased a Toyota from a Ford dealer. Salesman, Wade Robinson, did a outstanding job from showing, explaining options on the car, reviewing the records of the vehicle, working out the pricing, having the car ready for pickup and having all the paper work in order.

Excellent car buying experience

Followed up on looking at the I very informative website about a number of the cars on sale. Keagan responded quickly by e- mail and I arranged to go to the dealership a couple of days later ( no further hassling e- mails which was appreciated). Great welcome by Keagan who thoroughly researched what type of car I was looking for and then appraised my trade in. He then provided a number of cars to look at and drive that were in my price range. I settled on a great deal that he offered me on a Ford Fusion. The car was made ready for me after I sorted the insurance (on site) and the payment with Mitzi (who was very informative and helpful with a lovely approach that took the pain out of the money!). The process was so quick that the car has to go back soon for a full detailed prep but I know that will go well and I will be pleased to visit the Duncan Ford Team again.

Trade in

Great service from Sandra and Edie on my first vehicle trade in, everything went smooth and they were very accommodating as I wasn’t able to be there in person. Would recommend Island Ford if you are looking for your first vehicle or trading in too.

Happy with the service

Very happy to deal with Sandra, she's very good at her job. Was easy to deal with, I would come back again in the future. Had mirror troubles with truck purchased which they dealt with right away at no cost. Thanks again

The people at Island Ford made me feel welcome!

From the moment I started talking to the people at Island Ford when I was still in Ontario to the purchase of my new car and the warranty work, I was so pleased with everyone I dealt with at Island Ford. My daughter and I especially loved Sandra and Chris who made us feel so welcome in or new home on the Island. We love our 2018 Ford Escape and would not hesitate to return to Island Ford for service and another vehicle.

I found was I was looking for

Keegan was very professional and also able to communicate on a personal level. He is a great salesperson and is very respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keegan to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle at Island Ford. He went beyond the call of duty in giving me a ride from my home to pick up the vehicle after purchase and made every effort to accommodate me during the process. I also have to give an honorable mention to Amado who also participated in the process. Great job both of you. THank you Keegan.
