This vehicle was seen on the internet and the arrangement was mostly done by email and phone. When we got to the dealership and took a test drive all the paper work was finished very quickly and we were away. The car was as advertised. Ashley made it very simple and enjoyable.

While we didn’t find the Ford Escape we had originally been looking for, we snagged a fabulous deal on a 2016 Dodge Journey RT. I bought a car thirteen years ago from the Ford dealership in Duncan B.C. It has been a great car the whole way through. I thought it was time to upgrade to a newer model. My time with Ford people in the past was great so I came back again. The people were great especially the sales worker Jesse Hockin he helped get everything set up and sent us onto the financial advisor and insurance department. We were not sure what direction to take with our current vehicle. As the vehicle is used for work we needed a reliable vehicle. We finally chose a F-150 Supercrew. The deal was completed in a timely manner. Dave made sure everything was in place on the day we were to pick up the vehicle.
