Don't normally enjoy dealing with sales people at car dealers, but Dave was very easy to deal with, friendly and no pressure. I loathed going to dealerships and shopping for vehicles for one reason. I hated getting hounded by the sales people. At Island Ford, this wasn't the case. I had the privilege to deal with Dave who is one of the most kind and informative people I have met. He even came down on his day off and took the time to show me all the features on my new F-150 :) Dave never pressured me into anything which was really refreshing. He genuinely wants to find the vehicle that best suits your personal needs. I think he may have been more excited about me getting my new truck than I was! Haha!! Had my Mustang serviced there since moving to the area over 5 years ago then traded it on an Escape a few months ago. Got much better deal than at Island GM on similar vehicle. Dave Faithful is the salesman to see. Service department is very high tech which is needed for today's computerized vehicles. The Owner's Workshop is very educational - even my wife was impressed and she didn't even want to go. I would not hesitate to recommend Island Ford to friends or family.

I was in the market for a new truck back in May 2017. I first contacted Ryan Leverette to purchase a used truck, but eventually decided that I would like a new one. Ryan expertly guided me through the process of custom ordering a brand new 2018 F150 Lariat. There was no pressure, only sound advice and a great discussion that resulted in me getting exactly the truck of my dreams. The final price of the vehicle was very fair, and I also got a very fair trade-in on my Ford Ranger. Bryan Flynn was also great to deal with, and I got to know both him and Ryan not just as salesmen, but two people who were genuinely interested that I get exactly what I wanted, nothing more, and nothing less. When the time came to sign the dotted line, I was dreading going into the Lion's Den of the finance office, but Chris Tarala again treated me with respect, and at no time tried to push extra products on me that I didn't want or need. The entire buying experience with the Island Ford team was beyond reproach, and the truck, well, It has exceeded my expectations ten-fold. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys, you're the best!

I went to Island Ford to look at a truck, and Robert offered me a test drive. He was helpful and informative, without being too pushy. He answered all my questions and had a very relaxed manner. That helped me a great deal, as I hate being pushed or forced into a purchase. When it came to negotiating a price the sales staff were flexible and fair. I felt like I got a good deal, and that is important to me. I have done almost a thousand kilometers in my truck and I am very happy with it. I would certainly go back to Island Ford for my next vehicle, although I think this one will do the job for 8-10 years.
