Jesse Hockin was our salesman, he was friendly, knowledgable and patient. He pointed me in the right direction of the car best suited for my needs and took time showing multiple options. Both Chris and Ryan worked with us regarding the finance and got me a really good deal considering I had no credit history. This is the 4th car we have bought from Island Ford, we would recommend them to all our friends and family.

I was in the process of purchasing a second hand 2005 BMW from salesperson Sandra Jurcic and her Manager Dan. I was provided all the information, including the "safety inspection report", which reported numerous issues with the car, which were going to be addressed during the conversation I had with Sandra. After some back and forth, we were able to negotiate a deal and I was instructed to provide a down payment. Once I asked for a contract and to do a certified BMW inspection, the Island Ford team was reluctant to put a contract together. Once I asked them to put the numerous issues with the car into the contract to ensure they were going to get fixed, I was told "Not for that price." I guess the "Island Ford" team's Safety Inspection Report does not related to items like "Power steering leak from power steering pressure hose". Be careful when you purchase a second hand vehicle from them. Do not rely on their "inspection reports", get your own done...I was at the point of flying to Duncan to pick up my car. A huge waste of time.

Been to many a ford dealerships throughout the years. Admittedly, my experiences have not always been great. But the product always kept me coming back. I love the Explorers. Recently when I saw this gorgeous 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. I simply had to have her. So, gun-shy of the memories of previous experiences, I enquired about her. And what I got was a breathe of fresh air... a gust even! Like Chuck Woolery, Rob made this Love Connection work. Easy, pain free and even fun. The only negative thing about this experience, is knowing that I will be moving out of province soon and won't be able to take my SUV back to Island Ford for servicing. Do yourself a favour. Amazing environment big screen starbucks beautiful layout... Staff friendly courteous... Our sales rep matt very relaxed no pressure showed us 3 vehiclrs was very efficient mindful of our time snd budget... Just went to look ended up trading in and upgrading a focus... Dan great too bought yhe power train warranty...cars great but service was 2nd to none .. Would recommend this dealership to anyone matt and dan were great..,
