This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased through this dealer and the great service and advice is what keeps me coming back. This time I delt with Sandra who was amazing through the whole process. Bought my 2013 Ford F-150 here and it has been great. Few little issues I was wondering about. they got on it right away and have been very helpful Lucas.

When we were looking for a new truck, Sandra took control, showed us the inventory and explained each truck to us. Island Ford did not have a King Ranch, so Sandra showed us the next best truck with some of the same features, we left the dealership to think about it. Upon returning the next day, Sandra showed us a similar truck, to explain the Voice activated controls, and while we were gone she sat in a truck for a few hours to learn it better. She was abel to fully explain it to us. As we wanted a King Ranch she coordinated with hr manager to bring one in for us. She fully understood and explained all the features of our new truck. Sandra is not only polite, courteous and knowledgeable she is caring. Every time I bring the trucking for service she greets me when she is working and asks about not only the truck but about me, as I have had a double lung transplant, she is concerned for my health. A very loyal and dedicated team member for Island Ford.

Having dealt with Dave for many years, it's clear that his integrity stands out as the enduring quality that has resulted in a lifetime worth of loyalty. I absolutely know that Dave focuses on doing what's right for me so buying a vehicle from him is enjoyable and stress free. He gets 5 stars all day long! My gripe and the reason for 4 stars is related to recent marketing campaigns by the dealership. I'm turned off by letters that are designed to look personalized when they really aren't. I sent a thoughtful and comprehensive letter to the manager and didn't get a response. Despite that, Dave will continue to be my go to guy!

Great place and great atmosphere. Everyone was kind and very helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure you are looked after. Sandra who is amazing make the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. When I buy another car, I would prefer to buy it though her. Also Chris did a amazing job with the financing. They both made this my go to dealership and I'm looking forward to the next deal. Thanks again.

I have been buying vehicles from this dealership for 25 years.The ownership has changed 3 times but one thing is always consistent... Dave Faithful !! I was undecided on replacing my 2004 F350 so I tried a Dodge, 2 Chevs, and 2 Fords. I went to Island Ford and met Matthew Cadzow. He arranged for me to drive a gas engine F350 and a diesel F350. I took the diesel overnight and on a rather long ride the following day and had decided that this was the vehicle I was most interested in. But, I still wanted to compare it with a Chev 3500 diesel. I never felt any pressure from Matt about needing to make a deal, in fact, I reconnected with him after I drove the Chev. We made a deal and left as a very satisfied customer. Thank you Matt. Dan L
