we all have that bad car buying experience. as a female I have had a few. Dealing with Dave he really wanted to get me in a car that worked for me, not him. I came to the ford dealership looking for a more reliable vehicle as my other one was running its course, i was dealing with Sandra and she made sure everything i wanted was going to be in the vehicle i was able to afford as my financial situation was tight, she worked with me and the finance team to get me a car that was affordable and reliable and it worked out much faster then other dealerships i have gone to, A big thank you to Sandra and Chris and everyone at island ford for this newer vehicle.

I would recommend Kyle to everyone. He is so kind and very understanding. He certainly knows what he is doing in his job. He also dresses with great respect. I didn't make it easy for him when I went to buy my truck but he certainly stuck to it and helped me find a truck. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I'm so glad he is at our Ford Store!

I have been dealing with the Duncan Ford dealership (formerly Ken Evans) for over 25 years. It has always been a good experience, Dave Faithful has always found me the vehicle I want at a fair price. Dave has always been easy to deal with, no pressure, no hassle, just a good buying experience. The service department has also been very good, I have never had an issue.

Ryan genuinely felt like he was working FOR me , he worked to get the best trade in value for my truck, spent hours fine tuning a payment plan that works for me and more importantly , got me sitting in the driver seat of my new Mustang. I've been looking around at vehicles lately, and decided to check out ford down in Duncan, and Jesse was the sales consultant that engaged me, and despite the rain and the cold his attitude was still friendly and cheerful! Not to mention he was very informative, I was impressed, most sales individuals try to rush things, Jesse took the time to listen and really find out what my needs were! I do believe I'll be coming back and dealing with him in the near future and recommending him to my family and friends!
