Honestly a zero . Salesman has a terrible attitude doesn’t know about the cars tells you over and over “it’s on our website “ . Tells you to run your credit before even doing a test drive to basically trap you into buying due to not wanting to overrun your credit . Wouldn’t waste my time stopping by .

Had the best experience working with Jackson Sawyer at Brightway Auto when purchasing my truck! First time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle and not been in person so it was an absolute trust fall. I was 3 states away and he made feel like I was right there the entire time from start to finish. Answered my 3 thousand 987 questions multiple times and thoroughly hahaha. Had no problem getting the vehicle to a certified dealership I arranged for inspection, arranged quick delivery and even continues to reply to follow up questions a couple months after purchase…questions that are more for info for me. I 100% recommend Jackson and Brightway Auto.

This dealer is not very reliable, they sell cars with problems and then when you complain, they don't want to return your money, I don't trust that dealer very much. It happened to me. He had a bad experience with her.

Beware ! To everyone who is considering buying a car from Brightway Auto in Jacksonville FL, don't walk! Run the other way. Slick USE CAR SALESMEN will lie and say anything to get you to sign. Tell you one price then change the price on paperwork and hope you don't notice. They will ask you to lie to the bank and promise delivery with no intention of shipping it to you. Manage will double down with more lies! Horrible ppl with no integrity

This place and their staff was amazing. They turned what started out as a horrible experience (me getting my car totaled) into something incredibly positive. I got a VW Beetle and it is in great shape and an excellent price. The staff there didn’t mess around and they had a plan B in case something fell through. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat.

I purchased 3 cars from this place, a Mercedes, a Jaguar, and a BMW. The Mercedes great, the Jaguar great. The BMW was defective out the door! I had problem after problem with this vehicle and they knew the car was defective and still sold me the vehicle. They promised to take care of the issues and not to tell Western Funding the company financing the car because they would take care of it and my Transmission is going out after only a month! They refuse to fix the issue. This is how they treat their dedicated customers! Do not trust this dealership! Take your car to a mechanic other than theirs if you purchase a car from them but I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them and I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from this lot!!!! I understand it's COVID and they are not getting as many sales but they should not scam dedicated customers!!!
