I have to say what a great buying experience I had recently at DePaula Ford. Was shopping for a 2026 Explorer Platinum and after checking their inventory on line, scheduled an appointment. Walked in the door and was immediately greeted and brought to Jim Rosamino, who in turn introduced me to Gavin Bodah, who would be my sales person. Gavin was extremely knowledgeable about the Explorer and once narrowing down which one I was interested in, immediately brought it up for a test drive. Gavin pointed out all of the features and answered each of my questions before the test drive which really helped make my decision to purchase from DePula. Once we got back to the dealership began settling on a price, and they were able to get where I needed to be as well as maximizing the rebates available. I then met with the finance manager Traci Johnson who reviewed my requested financing and assured me everything was in order based on my pre-approval with Ford. Credit and scheduled the delivery of my Explorer the following weekend. Once again I was completely satisfied with the delivery of the vehicle. Gavin took the time to go over all the technology in the vehicle and getting me setup on The Ford App as well explaining different features of the vehicle. The entire process from start to delivery was seamless and I would highly recommend DePaula Ford…They are the best ford Dealership in Upstate NY.

Very helpful, communicated well. Dan was great to work with was very helpful with getting my car fixed after being prolonged by a previous employers mistake. Very apologetic got things moving quickly.
