Hussain was very diligent in finding a car that fit my needs and was excellent on follow-up and follow through to make sure I had everything I needed. I would work with him again and recommend him to others.

Took care of my immediate needs, recommended a few other things that needed attention including my state inspection that was due in a couple of weeks. Saved me the trouble and time of coming back

Lenny (service) glen in sales are top notch.. care about the customers 1st not just the bottom line. They have a long history w/ the company since it was orange ford. Definitely the only people I like to work with!

Lenny wrote up the work order. He verified why I brought my vehicle in. Checked the recent work done and then explained what items should be addressed. In my case tires. Lenny communicated with me about the State Inspection and the areas I should be aware of. The vehicle was ready at the time he promised. The whole process was uneventful, which was excellent.

Does salesman Josh was very helpful and pleasant to work with the finance gentleman Haroon was very pleasant and helpful and the gentleman that helped me set up the ford app on my fun was excellent and thorough to explain what he was doing

He was somewhat helpful. He did not tell me the alignment for tires was extra or give me a breakdown of estimated costs. He indicated I signed the paperwork but there was no total estimate. I admit I didn't read every line but i was also dropping off before work and was already running late. Additionally I am disappointed I purchased an extended warranty for nearly $4000 that has a deductible of $250 and i was charged more on top of that (gap payment?). Bumper to bumper with deductible should be exactly that. Not that plus extra charges. He said I could have always taken the car back and that's an option in the future but it costs $200 just to assess the car. They need to diagnose first so basically I was trapped into paying regardless.

Sold a car that was not looked over prior to selling. Had A LOT of issues, def was not worth the price that was sold for.
