Working with Jose and James for the purchase was a great and very smooth process. I truly appreciated Nicholas’s over view of the vehicle and him setting up all things tech. Tyler made the financing very quick and painless.

The service advisor, Michael, was outstanding. For example, I received the vehicle scan from him via email and text shortly after dropping my car off. All services requested were performed by the technicians in a thorough and timely manner. I appreciated also receiving shuttle rides provided by DePaula. Kudos to the DePaula team.

Lenny was excellent. He took care of us and made sure that all our questions were answered. Lenny quickly and accurately entered our information as we were bringing in a different vehicle we own for service.

Sorry to say this but no follow up calls very unprofessional operation unfortunately. I thought is was gonna be a good fit for my fleet of Ford trucks.

Charged an additional $200, for what I felt is part of an alignment, and car was left somewhat dirty from mechanic's hands at the end.
