This was my first experience in the newly updated service

This was my first experience in the newly updated service area. Lenny greeted me with a smile, explaining the process for getting my car into the shop. He then confirmed the service requested and carefully explained the recall service. He ushered me to the waiting lounge and pointed out its various features. During my wait I followed the steps in servicing my car in the link he provided in a timely fashion. At check out he accompanied me to the cashier, credited my order with Rewards points, and escorted me to my vehicle. I appreciate his attention, assistance, and courteous, respectful manner.

I had a truly outstanding experience working with Hussain

I had a truly outstanding experience working with Hussain (sales associate) and Jim (sales manager). From the very beginning, Jim (and Aimee) were incredibly responsive and helpful over email while I was doing my research. I asked a lot of questions ahead of time, and they always responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made the process easy and transparent before I even stepped into the dealership. They also knew I was traveling from nearly two hours away, so they understood the importance of making the experience as seamless as possible. When I arrived with my husband and toddler in tow, everything continued to go smoothly. Hussain and Jim were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. DePaula has a great vibe—even while under construction. The entire experience was relaxed and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. And they even entertained and doted on my toddler—definitely a win-win. Thanks again for the Car Fox!!!! Buying a vehicle with a toddler along for the ride can make things a bit more complicated (though he does love trucks!), but they were incredibly accommodating and patient. It certainly didn’t hurt that DePaula has a nice snack area—and they even treat you to lunch, which honestly felt unheard of to me. Such a nice touch. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism from both Hussain and Jim was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend working with them, and I would gladly return to DePaula in the future. If you’re in the market for a new truck, definitely ask for Hussain and Jim—you’ll be in excellent hands. PS -- my new truck is AWESOME! I love it even more than I thought I would :)

The dealership has undergone a lot of changes since I was last there to refresh it and make it brighter and easier to access for service. Eddy greeted me with a pleasant smile as soon as I drove in, got me registered, made sure all of my car's needs and my personal needs were accommodated, and got me settled in the hospitality center. As my car's inspection progressed Eddy communicated issues that were uncovered, and discussed pricing, options, and the logical timing of future repairs. The new hospitality center was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and had lots of snack options and great complimentary coffee. Overall, my experience there was excellent and I'm very happy to be their customer.

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. We had just stopped in to schedule routine service but Lenny Farnam was able to get us in and get the service completed quickly the same day. Thanks Lenny!

Excellent work.

Excellent work. I showed up very late to my appointment and Lenny coordinated information flow from what techs found and my resulting decisions. With minimal downtime from quick communication, still got everything addressed by close. For my car back that same evening. As always, thx guys. Yes, I can be a pain in the xxx sometimes but you guys look out for me whenever u can. I appreciate. (Btw, it's black 5.0 w four changeover tires crammed in there by any means necessary. That guy.)

Everything was great.

Everything was great. The service center proactively reached out to me to get my state inspection completed since it was due. Getting the appointment scheduled was easy. Once there, waiting for the work to finish was nice because their lounge area is spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
