They did their very best to talk me out of taking my car in for service. I finally convinced then and they did a fine job. So great work techs but 0 stars for the person that checked me in.

My experience at DePaula has consistently been exceptional. They truly place customer satisfaction at the center of everything they do. Henry Ford once said that excellent service naturally leads to a successful company—and DePaula clearly embodies that philosophy. The staff is second to none, creating an environment that makes the automobile purchasing process simple, seamless, and even enjoyable. In particular, my multiple experiences working with Josh Halse have been outstanding. Josh takes the time to truly listen to the voice of the customer, ensuring needs are understood and met. He is the definition of a true professional.

Masood always a great person to work with. When the truck I was originally a supposed to get fell through because of a recall, they worked with me to get another one. Very professional and nice team at this dealership.

I had a really good experience with DePaula Ford's Service Department. The work needed was done quickly, under warranty no questions asked and, being open on week nights til 6 made it easy to pick up my car.
