I got excellent service and I feel that Lenny did an e excellent job on my car.

I found a vehicle online that I liked, I was not looking for a Ford but the car was appealing and the price was great. I was contacted by Hussain one of the salesperson at DePaula's. He was very polite and asked me if I wanted to come in and test drive the car. I did and I loved it. Hussain was not pushy nor did he push me to sign any papers. They also did the financing with Broadview for me. It was so easy. I would highly recommend going to DePaula Ford, I personally would recommend Hussain as your salesperson.

Made oil change appointment dropped Lincoln Navigator off DAY BEFORE told get on it 1st thing .. probably call me by Noon to pick up... NO CALL 1pm .. I called was told 2.30pm .. got ride over never got in Lincoln Navigator till 3.30pm !
