Masood in sales was terrific in helping me to purchase my new F – 150. He was patient and found the answers to all my questions. Tracy and finance was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable regarding warranties and extended service plans. She helped me make the right decision for me.

Customer service did a good job.

Customer service did a good job. Not happy with new tires on truck that already are needing replacement. New does not mean good. Oil Change is above average in cost.

So we were excited about DePaula Ford!

So we were excited about DePaula Ford! We went with a list that they were able to pull those cars for us. We picked our car, salesman and finance were really helpful. We were alittle dispointed in our pick up day. We were in finance very long, when we were paying cash! When we went back to salesman, Hussain, he handed us the keys and said Good luck! He never went over how to use the car or set anything up for us. We had to get him outside so he could show us how to start the car. He showed us how to start and walked away. Not Good!

I liked my sales person very much.

I liked my sales person very much. The general manager was a bit too much of a stereotypical salesman. The rest of the experience was positive.
