This is our second vehicle leas with John and he continues to make the experience a great one. We were able to get a deal done quickly. The entire experience from purchase to delivery was enjoyable. the new showroom looks great and and the lounge was comfortable.

Lenny was very helpful and professional from start to finish of the installation of the cover on my F150. Very respectfully and careful, 100% would recommend him and go through him for service again.

Car was serviced professionally. Uncovered problems were communicated timely and recommended service was performed as described. I appreciated the shuttle service and the attention to my service needs.

My time with Lenny filling in what was needed went smoothly. Was shown the new waiting area as it was my first seeing it. Also left a text if I needed anything.

Lenny was actually a 6 out of 5. My interaction with him as a technician is much better than anyone at Robin Ford in delco PA. The DePaula service department is also superior to gurnee IL bulldog ford. I'll be back next week with my mom, she is looking for a car.
