This was our first time buying a used vehicle and our salesperson, Hussain was just wonderful and made the entire process smooth. The managers that approved the small details we needed to close the deal easily approved what we were looking for. Dealing with finance was also very nice. At no time did we feel pressured to buy and it was an enjoyable process from start to finish. They sold a vehicle and we got a vehicle we were excited to buy.

The service was reasonably priced. The service was timely. I was taken to work and picked up. The people are friendly. I've been going there for over 15 years.

I brought my truck is for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Took an hour and half. Went to check the status on my truck at the service desk. Noticed my truck was done and sitting in the bay. Not sure how long it was sitting there while I waited in the waiting room. Hopped in and my window needed to be reset as it wouldn't stay shut. Then I noticed an inspection was done but no new sticker was provided.

I informed DePaula 5 weeks ago that my rear hub bolt was broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform the recall but they tell me they do not have the parts. I dont know but a year seems like a long time to get parts for this. I now have a broken rear hub bolt that ford has recalled and I dont get any reply or help unless I call which I've done NUMEROUS times and I'm told I have to wait for the parts you come in This doesn't seem right. I'm disappointed with DePaula
