I informed DePaula 5 weeks ago that my rear hub bolt was
I informed DePaula 5 weeks ago that my rear hub bolt was broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform the recall but they tell me they do not have the parts. I dont know but a year seems like a long time to get parts for this. I now have a broken rear hub bolt that ford has recalled and I dont get any reply or help unless I call which I've done NUMEROUS times and I'm told I have to wait for the parts you come in This doesn't seem right. I'm disappointed with DePaula

Helpful and attentive staff.
Helpful and attentive staff. Nice work on the renovations too! Service was great and Lenny, when driving my car to me noticed tires needed air. Attention to detail is appreciated.

Lenny did a great job helping me.
Lenny did a great job helping me. I had some unforseen issues with my car and he kept me at ease as we worked through it. He was very responsive to my calls and concerns.

Displeased as I am receiving targeted solicitations
Displeased as I am receiving targeted solicitations referencing my service date and vehicle information. I verified with DePaula Ford manager that they are have a partnership with SiriusXM and did give my name, vehicle information, home address, and telephone number to SiriusXM. Manager stated he would fix this, I am still constantly being solicited.
