Worst service or purchase on a car.

Worst service or purchase on a car. They had my car three weeks to fix a heated seat element. The first two weeks they never even called to update me. Lastly, when I picked up the car the seat was broken and had to come back. Just a mess.

The paint job wasn’t to good. Left primer over spray on windows windshield a chrome.

They were very patient and helpful, answering tons of questions, taking their time, being able to work with us at our pace and going on multiple test drives in our time there, even encouraging it so we felt sure of our decision as we bounced back and forth between which vehicle we thought would work best for our family.
