I had a wonderful experience with Hudson Nissan specifically with Teresa Gifford. They were extremely patient from start to finish and provided me with all the materials I needed in the beginning of the buying process when I was narrowing my decision between a couple of other makes. Their main goal was to make sure I was happy which I noticed as my price point dropped, but my standards did not! They continued to seek out the best car for my needs at the best price. Whether through phone calls, email or face to face communication, I know I can trust Hudson Nissan and Teresa Gifford. Thanks!

I had looked at other Nissan dealerships for a Rogue but...
I had looked at other Nissan dealerships for a Rogue but hadn't really gotten that "warm, fuzzy feeling." When I went in to Hudson I really wasn't going to buy a car but just to look at a Rogue that I had seen on line. I liked Mendy right away. She was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and made me feel like I was important to her. The car sale was very seamless and I LOVE my Rogue. I am looking forward to years of dealing with Mendy and Hudson Nissan.

Other than their coffee being burnt this was the best car...
Other than their coffee being burnt this was the best car buying experience of my life. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I told them about the car I was interested in that I saw online. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I will be going back when my wife needs a new car.

Dealership does not stand behind its written agreements...
Dealership does not stand behind its written agreements or the terms of sale negotiated by their salespeople. When asking them to honor their written agreements, they do not respond. Work very hard to make the sale, but evidence little interest in dealing honestly with customers after the sale. Having to file complaints with Nissan USA, KY Attorney General, and pursue legal remedies to have them honor their written promises. General Manager John Butt does not stand by his word.

Jason and Glenn Nissan were the most honest and above board dealers I experienced in making this purchase. They did not pressure me or try to offer tricks or fake incentives. They dealt fairly.

We went in looking for a vehicle for my son. We had seen...
We went in looking for a vehicle for my son. We had seen one online and asked about test driving it. Teresa was there and went and retrieved the vehicle and made sure it was clean and ready. We test drove with her and she explained some of the features that was on the vehicle. The price was within my son's budget, and we had a trade in that we were hoping to get enough to pay it off. They were very helpful in making the appropriate financing in order to do what we needed. Very pleasant experience and they didn't push us to do anything we were not ready for. Jean in the business office explained all paperwork as we signed, and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend them. The only thing that they didn't do that other dealers have done, is fill the gas tank up for you.

I would hihgly recommend working with Walt. He was knowledgable, helpful, friendly and not pushy. He has been very courteous and polite throughout the entire purchase of our vehicle. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. He's a good guy and an asset for Glenn Nissan.

The sales staff were very low key and easy to work with....
The sales staff were very low key and easy to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgable. Mike continued to work on fulfilling our needs from the type of car we wanted to the financing until he found the correct fit that was acceptable to us. He did so without pushing a high pressure sales agenda. Hopefully, Glen Nissan will continue to do a good job in the future meeting our service and perhaps future purchase needs.
