We are so thankful to Nathan at Transwest ford for

We are so thankful to Nathan at Transwest ford for helping us with our Mini Van purchase to make sure our whole family fit in one vehicle! He was quick to help us when we arrived and got us moving towards our purchase immediately after having a hard time with multiple dealerships in the area Nathan was a breath of fresh air! It was quick easy and painless! Will return and recommend for all future car needs!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. No communication , no accountability, lying, and poor work. Installed our battery 2 times incorrectly and jumped our price up over $200 and didn't do all the work. Took over 2 weeks after our appointment to do half the job.

While I have been using Transwest ford prior being

While I have been using Transwest ford prior being Fremont. The service department has gone down hill. The lack of ability to fix a problem 1st hand(1500.00 job) and having to take your vehicle back in one day for another 500 dollar job that could have been found while working on vehicle. To them canceling apps due to staff, is not acceptable. So I was told to drive my vehicle with a GAS leak for 2 weeks until I would be able to get in.. Ok because everyone has an extra car sitting around to drive right... Breanna no longer works there she made the business and was honest went above and beyond unlike the other 2 that work there ! They need some more training or find a new career. I took my vehicle to a different shop in and out in 5 hours and only charged for the part! Let's just say i doubled his cost for fairness of getting my car in and also under the weather! I should also mention that Transwest also ruined a aftermarket rim and a tire under warranty due to lack of how to remove a tire for rotation. I always give folks benefit of the doubt but 3 times now I have been unimpressed with their work.
