While I have been using Transwest ford prior being Fremont. The service department has gone down hill. The lack of ability to fix a problem 1st hand(1500.00 job) and having to take your vehicle back in one day for another 500 dollar job that could have been found while working on vehicle. To them canceling apps due to staff, is not acceptable. So I was told to drive my vehicle with a GAS leak for 2 weeks until I would be able to get in.. Ok because everyone has an extra car sitting around to drive right... Breanna no longer works there she made the business and was honest went above and beyond unlike the other 2 that work there ! They need some more training or find a new career. I took my vehicle to a different shop in and out in 5 hours and only charged for the part! Let's just say i doubled his cost for fairness of getting my car in and also under the weather! I should also mention that Transwest also ruined a aftermarket rim and a tire under warranty due to lack of how to remove a tire for rotation. I always give folks benefit of the doubt but 3 times now I have been unimpressed with their work.

Everything from negotiating to buying was quick and easy! We purchased our vehicle from out of state so basically without getting to see the vehicle in person but the pictures online were accurate and detailed enough for us to educated decision. Sunshine, our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with too! She was very friendly and personable. All in all we had a wonderful experience with dealership, sales rep and just the the whole overall process!

My pickup needed a recall repair, Al picked it up at my shop and delivered it back when it was done. The repairs were completed and they inspected and washed it for free.

I set up the Appointment on my phone APP.
I set up the Appointment on my phone APP. in the comment sections I asked to use the 69.99 coupon for the full Synthetic oil change. I also noted this on the key drop envelope and put the coupon in the envelope with the keys. my free oil change was used in place of the coupon. I was aware of the free oil change but not what I asked for. also asked for the inspection sticker not to be placed on the window tint. this was done and sticker was put below the tint line. the old sticker was removed but the glue was left on the tint and not cleaned off. the tires were rotated and the tire pressure was not adjusted. 60 psi for the front & 80 psi for the rear. as of pick time front PSI is 79 & rear psi is 63 so I do know the rotated the tires. this happened on the last service as well and was told there are new service techs, and it was learning error. these are pretty minor issues but still should not happen.
