Excellent . No pressure . General manager friendly and genuinely interested . Salesman , Wayne Meyer very knowledgeable and spent most of day with me showing various cars , test driving and explaining the electronics.

This time I had better service, but it took a total of. 3 phone and no return call about getting my car serviced. So I made a 4th call and told the person on the other end I need an appointment for my car and let her know my check engine light had come on, then she made the appointment. Which the other 3 other previous calls were never returned. I did get an appointment on the 4 th call.

This last visit was better than the previous one. The problem was fixed. But trying to get someone to call me back to make appointment it took 4 phone calls.

Excellent and highly professional . Sales staff in particular Wayne Meyer , Leonard Young and Mr. Spears very cooperative and knowledgeable . Wayne spent several hours just educating me about all of the features . It has been 20years since I owned a Cadillac . In the interim several Mercedes . Very happy with my CT 6

Worst experience of any car dealer that I have ever did business with. I will never return. Took them 2 months to do repairs and returned the truck worse than I gave it to them.
