When I decided I wanted a newer Subaru Forester John quickly went to work finding the used vehicle with the options I desired. John and his team provided me with a like new 2020 Sport model with very low mileage at a considerable savings since it was rebuilt title. It is an excellent vehicle that was meticulously repaired . I anticipate driving it many carefree miles. I greatly appreciate the care and effort John made in meeting my need.

John was INCREDIBLE in helping me get my car! He went out of his way to help me get the loan, to meet me at the times I could come to see the car and do the paperwork (I had to borrow friends' cars to get out there), and to guide me through the whole process. Now I have a beautiful car, as nice as new, at a fantastic price! I definitely recommend this dealer to everyone!

I bought a 2015 Forester from John and his assistant, Phoenix. I planned the purchase over the phone with John when I was out of state, and he was very accommodating. He even had the car delivered to my house in Vermont when it was ready. When I drove my rental over earlier to sign paperwork, Phoenix was especially friendly and welcoming and just a lovely young man. John was very honorable about covering any small, potential issues with the car that passed MA inspection but was cutting it close with VT inspection. He worked with me to resolve them and covered all incurring costs. I would definitely buy cars from them again, especially at the bargain they give.

Arrow Auto Sales is a great place to look for a vehicle, good credit bad credit or no credit! I went in on a Saturday, and was approved for a loan with an interest rate way LOWER than I had expected on the following Monday! Signed papers that day and took the car home Tuesday. Corey and John are both extremely friendly and help you as much as they can! I would recommend going to this little dealership to anyone. There are a few minor things that need to be looked at in the car but im confident that they will be taken care of! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GETTING ME INTO MY 2009 SUBARU IMPREZA! I really don't know what I would of done if I hadn't found your dealership when I did!

John and Corey were both so helpful and made the experience so much less stressful-Corey even drove me to the bank for my loan since my car was off the road at the time. Very professional, upbeat and helpful! We are loving our new purchase-thanks guys!

Overall very happy with my purchase. I purchased a used 03 Subaru Forester which ended up having a few issues. John held true to his word and fixed every single issue with the car. Saved me lots of $$ in the long run.
