Sold car with Alternator problems

Sold me a car with alternator problems. I took a trip with my kid out of town and notice a noise. I brought it to get an oil change to double check that wasnt the problem. Well while getting an oil change I was informed the alternator was going out that's where the noise was coming from that I was hearing. Well I waits for them to open and I give them a call. I let them know what's going with the car that I just purchased a week ago. He informed me that the person that they have look at cars will be able to look at on April 8. Today is March 30 and I'm letting him know I'm out of town and I dont want to be stranded with my child. I offered to get the part fix and was asking is it anything they can do for me getting this fix he told me NO. Its horrible that they would rather see me and my child stranded then try to help me.

Never Purchase from Don Carro

Worst service ever in every department, they don’t do anything to accommodate their customers. Never return simple phone calls, they’re rude and unprofessional. Just got my car two months ago and I regret it now. I would never purchase another car from Don Carro. And I wouldn’t suggest anyone to purchase from this lot. Horrible!

Worst service ever

After making a payment it takes a whole month to have a receipt with my balance sent to my address. A 3 year contract with them and I'm like a few thousand to pay off andthey now want to get picky and be xxxxxxxx about everything. This is why you loose good paying customers! You are a used car lot not a dealership get over yourself. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again.

Last time I buy a car from you!

Their new credit dept will "demand" and harass you for an answer of why you are late 1 day. These people are on a power trip. Very, very unprofessional! Just for that I make them wait and give my payment on the 3rd day. They can kiss my xxx! Don't even ask to speak to "Ivan" their manager, he will pretend to be stupid and not return the call to the "paying" customer!
