Overall a great experience, I wanted to trade my truck and get a newer, smaller SUV that was better on gas mileage. What an easy process!!! Nate was great and they had me in and out and very satisfied as quickly as they could! Aboslutely would recommend again!

The experience was very positive, with an excellent staff that we worked with. The staff was very professional yet personal in their interactions. The sales representative we worked with assisted us very well through the process. The building was clean and well maintained.

Sales rep working with us was courteous and effective. Space was clean and well organized. In and out in ~2 hours with trade. Amazing! Wish I knew about this company earlier.

The initial contact with the dealership was difficult. It was like I wasn't taken seriously because I was paying cash. When Mr. Rice got involved things went more smoothly.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Carmax. Let's start with the reservation. I drove 45 minutes with family to arrive sit and wait. The Carmax representatives were professional, but could not locate the car. I was told it was in transit to another location in Washington, but that didn't make sense after we callled them. So, wasted trip, but was offered a meal voucher at restaurant? Either way, we took it upon ourselves to locate the vehicle and arrange for a test drive. Magically, it was still at same Carmax, just wasn't prepped. The 24 hr test drive was great, able to take the vehicle home and understand size, car seats. Warranties are always kind of murky with newer vehicles. I think this is information a sales rep should know and be able to talk through vice offering Max Care plans. Overall, not bad, but could be better.
