Need better service

I went to this dealership to purchase an Audi R8 that I saw online. At first when they saw the dollar signs they were fine, but after they had my money they didn't remember my name. The car was not inspected, had issues, A/C, missing cap for handbrake, the strut for the trunk hood, the cap for the windshield washer fluid, navigation disc, and spare key. When spending $100,000 on a car i would think the customer service would be perfect. The only good service was the receptionist, when transferring my calls that no one returned and the service manager. Darrold Martin

fake review bots, be careful!

Listing prices are thousands below what they actually are to get you in the door. Among others, Not included is the “inspection/certification fee” for their “ lifetime warranty”. If asked what that charge is “it’s dependent on your credit”. You’re not running my credit until we negotiate terms, sorry. If you’re an out of state buyer who doesn’t need or want the warranty, “it’s already been done”. So if it’s been done what’s the charge?! “Sorry, that’s not how we operate”. Shady shady shady. Not sure how they have so many good reviews... bots? watch “fake famous” on HBO

Purchased a Truck, Broke down Twice in 2 Mon.

Sold me a vehicle late November 2020 that has presented mutlple mecahical problems that have resulted in customer bringing it back twice in 1 1/2 months with no resolution. I was actually left stranded today. after being dropped off at Koons Ford by Greg to pick up a loaner that wasnt even arranged for me. I was so mad after dealing with this for over 8 hours that i found myself boohoo crying because I was left with Greg telling me that if it wasnt under the warranty then thats between me and the dealership (Koons Ford). Dont trust the 128 point inspection!!!! Beware of Greg, he is not geninue, he presents as if he is doing something, but its a front. Crsytal was cool and Shauna is doing her job (which could make you feel played at times). Ask as many qeustions before letting them run your credit because they will and it would be for no reason.

Shady Dealer

The dealer is posting prices 1,000’s of dollars below what they are actually asking. For example, I came in to view a vehicle that was listed at 27,000 but internally they have it at almost 30k because of essentially a finders fee. From there they are wanting to charge for the lift kit and tires that are already on the vehicle, 10,000 more dollars. After some negotiations they thought it was a deal to offer it to me at 37k out the door, 10k over the amount that they are advertising on this site. This dealer is running a shady practice and is not to be trusted.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Very nice, clean place but they hide fees. So go to the website or call someone and ask for sure what ALL fees are because they are false advertising. Went to get a car under 15,000. Said on one of their ads price was 14k something after all fees- listed the fees said no haggle no problem. Drove an hour and 30 mins for them to tell me theres a $4,000 reconditioning fee. HID FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. hands down terrible advertising. You'll be better off looking on Fitz Gerald, they will show the actual price of the vehicle with no hidden fees

Amazing!

I bought my car here a year ago and Ray Allen helped me get into the car of my dreams. He was very professional and worked hard to get me a great deal. He made me feel comfortable and like he was looking out for me. He is an amazing salesman and he really does care about the customer. Go see him if you’re in the market!!! Update: I came here today for service for my Audi and met Mr. Richard Burger today. Let me tell you..... this guy is not only hilarious and super nice but very professional and a pleasure to work with. Every encounter I came across with the staff is always very pleasant and kind. They are a amazing team! Mr. Burger made sure I was taking care of and assured me I was in great hands. I enjoyed working with him and working with him in the future. I will also continue to come here when my baby needs work done and when I’m ready for a new baby, I make sure to always come to Exclusive Motors in Randallstown!!!!!! A1 customer service and vehicles!!!!!!!! Thank you all! Make sure you get your next car here everyone! You won’t be disappointed 😊😊😊😊

Deceptive Advertising

This dealership participated in detective advertising campaigns and also advertising in an attempt to trick vulnerable persons into coming into their dealership under the false premise of winning a prize and then attempts to upsell the on sub-par cars. Please, if you’re considering these people, don’t.

Great service and customer service. Fast service,friendly. They serviced my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wasn't eve purchased from this dealer. Takes pride in all work done on any vehicle.

I brought my car in for a check engine light and the service, concern and care that I received from Richard Berger was stellar.
