Exclusive Motor Cars

The sales rep I dealt with was very unprofessional he stayed on his phone the entire time until I spoke up and told him it was ridiculous behavior. While test driving the truck he remained on the phone was bold enough to ask to stop for a snow ball. Then he proceeded to serve other customers before completing service with me. I was also told that the scratches in the vehicle would be buffed out however once the car was purchased I was told it was too late to honor what was told and everyone was off already. I of course bought the vehicle back the next day and every one in the service department was lovely however they were unable to get the scratches out. The price that was listed on line was no where even close to what they tried to sell the vehicle for. I was very unsatisfied with this dealership.

Great service came and Larry was very helpful in the process of making my first car purchase. I had an idea of what I wanted but he helped me come to a final decision. They also have a great selection of cars at this location

This review isn't all bad. They are very pleasant people at this dealership. However, they don't budget at all on their pricing. We were $20 a month payment wise away from a deal (essentially $1000 on the prices of the car) and they wouldn't budge to get a deal done. Again, nice people but not about really helping the customer.

I bought 2014 Lexus GX460 and time will fail me to express the outstanding customer service experience. The entire crew made my spouse and I feel welcome and treated us like a family. The missing items in my vehicle was shipped to me. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thanks for making my day, James, John, Jay, Clarence, and others I can't recall their names. I was very impressed with every department at exclusive motors! They went out of their way to be up front with every step of the buying and financing process! I would recommend and also buy from them again!
