Disappointing Service at Midway Hyundai Disappointing Service at Midway Hyundai We've had a poor experience with Midway Hyundai's service department. After a coil pack failure and warranty work to replace it on our Hyundai Palisade, we've been experiencing sputtering and rough running. Despite bringing it to Midway Hyundai, they dismissed our concerns, blamed our newer Michelin tires, and suggested unnecessary services. Their service advisor, Brody, even asked us what we wanted them to do, showing unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. We're left with unresolved issues and poor customer service, making us hesitant to recommend their services.

My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Midway! Curtis, our sales associate, listened closely to our needs and worked diligently to get us the vehicle and deal we wanted. There was NEVER any high pressure through the process.

Very happy with the experience here. The dealership was clean and nice, the people were friendly and professional. They stuck a good balance between making a deal and respecting the boundaries that I gave them. When we made a decision to go, they were very quick and to the point. Overall, a great experience.
