Easy in and out, good communication throughtout the process. Ziad Adel was excellent. Kept in constant contact as he visited the work area and relayed back work underway, potential costs, any future concerns. Personally checked one issue with phone service. Reviewed all final paperwork and discussed my future concerns for my 7 year old car.

Lisa Klarich has been the best Service Manager I have

Lisa Klarich has been the best Service Manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is honest, sincere, and very knowledgeable. Our 2016 Honda Pilot has almost 150,000 miles on it and runs as good, or better today than the day we bought it. Lisa has been our go to service person for several years and has skillfully advised us every step of the way. Her relationships and expertise with the talented technicians at Gary Yeoman's Honda have truly made it an economical and effortless experience. We drive with confidence and pride knowing Lisa is in our corner. Thanks again for the great service!!

Had a pleasant visit with Lisa.

Had a pleasant visit with Lisa. She's cool to hangout with and chat. She took care of my car and John the tech did a great job with services performed. I have $200 Rays lug nuts on the car and an impact wrench is a NO NO on these lugs. John noticed them and knew NOT to use impact gun/wrench but rather torque wrench only to take off wheels. Nice catch John.
