I went in with little faith that I just knew I wasn’t going to get a vehicle and Michelle and 3 other people worked with me and I was very thankful and came out with a new vehicle than expected honestly they will forever be my go to and I got a oil change and new tires 🛞 also getting a vehicle from them

Went there just to look at a excursion, that in the pictures online looked good until showing up, whole interior was trashed truck was squatted and rusted out with major body damage, let them drive my truck and when they got back i looked at my tune on the dash and it was showing signs of them revving it up and hot rodding a truck they don’t own. And then getting offered a stupid low price for a 2006 F250 AND they wanted me to pay $5000 more dollars for a 2001 excursion with 300,000 miles on it when mine had 100,000 less with more work and I’m also downgrading, after exposing to manage he got a snobby attitude and made remarks, would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Possibly the worst dealer I’ve ever seen. This is the oak ridge dealer. STAY AWAY

They promise you stuff done then say they won't do what they say they would do. And trying to get ahold of management is impossible. They are all easy to deal with when your buying but once you are signed on the line. You are a nobody. Trying to get ahold of your contact. Your told he is in a meeting then the next day he is in a interview. Then your told he's on vacation. So what is it. Promised that car would be taken care of them told there is nothing that they will do. This is great service after purchasing 2 vehicle's would definitely not recommend this place especially from the lies they try to sell you from the GM Josh on done. Would be a embarrassment to be associated with a company that take you for a ride.
