My experience with the dealer was terrible. I don't know if I'm special or the service department treats everyone poorly. I had previous work performed on my car in October 2025 at Audi Annapolis. I wanted to know if the current malfunction was related to the work I had done. The service advisor Paul told me that maintenance records are not kept on old cars. He said that I could send my previous invoices and he would review them. The car was there from March 15th until March 30th. I didn't get an estimate for repairs, and when I came to get the car towed, Paul still didn't review the invoices I sent on March 26th. He insulted me by saying I reminded him of his brother who is fat and out of shape. The final invoice was not completed, and I had to wait for the technician to complete the invoice. This was a very stressful time because I was driving to a work trip when the car broke down in Frostburg MD. This was the worst experience at a service department. And for heavens sake, let Paul eat lunch. He certainly complained a lot about missing his lunch time.

We also understand there was a timing issue when you arrived with a tow company without prior notice, which contributed to delays in finalizing your paperwork, though our team worked to complete everything as quickly as possible. We regret if any part of the interaction felt unprofessional, as that is not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Very professional group of people Paul Magsig was very detailed in explaining my situation for the automobile, i would also like to give a shout to the tech Dan Ireland for explaining the video of the car, yes they send a video to you of whats going on with your car, who else does that surly not Ford or Chevy. Yes they are kinda pricey but quality work requires top pay so if you want your treated like its at the race track they have the right pit crew to look at your auto oh they also does a great job in detailing also. So #1 yes they are go and take a look at they inventory without worrying about will they be able to help you down the road later... 😉
