Words cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for this dealership and its employees! After driving around for 3 days, having multiple vehicles sold out from under me, and just dealing with some bad salesman, I came to Washington Audi and the experience that I had with them was nothing short of a miracle! From my salesman, Ryan, to the Manger and Finance manager, everyone really did a wonderful job! Thank you so much! Very personable dealership, but I have not had a good experience with my etron there. They can’t seem to ever give me a staright answer on issues I am having with it and it’s been in a lot. Frustrating and if you don’t specifically ask about certain items that are apparent with alerts, they won’t bring them to your attention. I feel every time I go in, they quote me one price and it’s always more when I check out.
