I cannot express how satisfactory my experience was at the Music City location! They were beyond eager to assist and make any accommodations. Salesman Mike Karle was incredibly knowledgeable and was masterful at facilitating a perfect experience for making such an important investment. Multiple staff members were great, and it was nice to see such a team effort, but Mr. Karle specifically made me feel like I was purchasing something from a long friend. 10/10.

We were stranded and as you can imagine our anxiety was through the roof. The staff rose to the occasion and assured us they would take care of our problem, no matter if we were local customer or not. They immediately put our minds at ease, telling me that they had a loner car available so we could make our Funeral on time, and that they would keep us informed on the diagnoses. They figured out the problem that day and I was back on the road the next day. No matter how busy they were they made us feel important. That is what we all would like to feel when we come into our dealerships. Kevin Taylor, server advisor; was especially knowledgeable and courteous, he made sure we were kept in the loop at all times. This was an excellent experience due to your nice staff. I would highly recommend this dealership. TJ Jones
