I had my car worked on prior to Mercedes & took it to Nashville Music City to have the work double check not only did they double check it but they fixed all of the issues leaving me one happy person saving me thousands of dollars the most importantly the service is unmatched, the experience is unmatched … The best ever! John was amazing and the person who fixed my car after a dear hit it made me feel like i owed more money . I was more than satisfied! Thank you Mercedes for saving my car saving me money and helping me to continue look great

Buying my car from John Bailey was easy peasy! He was courteous, not pushy and a very nice guy. I was in and out of the dealership is about an hour. I will certainly return to Mercedes Benz of Music City. Highly recommend John!
