My wife and I had the pleasure of making our second (and even better) auto purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Our sales consultant was Brooks Lannert. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to find their way to MBOMC and ask for Brooks Lannert. We consulted Brooks about doing a custom build. He made the process easy, fun and interactive. Brooks would regularly check-in with details and even send us our ship's name so we could track our incoming vehicle across the Atlantic. Once the car arrived, Brooks took a really thoughtful video of the vehicle and we were just so excited to come in and see it/drive it for ourselves. Sam Cavett, the General Sales Manager, also recognized my family from our prior purchase and made a point to welcome us back. These guys and gals live and breathe every bit of delivering a world-class experience to everyone who comes to MBOMC. Everyone in the building has a smile on their face and you just feel welcome. Find a reason to get to MBOMC to meet Brooks, Sam and all of the great people at MBOMC. You will never forget the experience.

Emily Kelly was outstanding at communicating with us to arrange mobile onsite service for our air bag recall. Technician DeMarcus Williams provided great service too!

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Music City....

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Bea Mohenin was the sales representative who helped us. She was superb! Bea is knowledgeable and accommodating. We traveled from out of town and Bea made us feel very welcomed. The finance manager, Coty Anderson, was also personable and helpful. I recommend the dealership very highly and especially Bea Mohenin.

I purchased a pre owned 2018 Certified E300 from MB of Music City and Bea Mohsenin was my sales rep. She explained the technology of the car where I could understand it and be able to use it when I start driving this great car. The people at MBofMC are the best I've ever worked with in any car transaction and our service manager, Kevin Taylor is someone that will do everything within his power to make your service experience the best it can be. Everyone in the service area are very professional and take pride in their work and what they do for their customer. Mercedes Benz of Music City, what more can you say.

2018 E300

Great experience!

First class experience. John Bailey was a fantastic, sales consultant. The best dealership experience I have ever had. Technology consultant was excellent. Fair evaluation of my trade in and a good price on my new car. Almost all the paperwork was done in advance. Would definitely buy again.

Home service for Takata Airbag replacement

Marcus came to our house and replaced the recalled airbag in our Mercedes. He was kind and respectful and did a great job. Having the work done at our house saved the better part of a day. Thanks

Move up to a newer model Benz

Very good buying experience, with cars being hard to come during this chip shortage. Xavier Darden (Luxury Sales) was able to assist me in finding a great vehicle. Xavier was busy with other appointment customers, since I was a walk-in, but still handled my needs. The finance group was able to get the numbers right from my standpoint on the first stab of the deal and we moved forward. Great customer experience and very professional.
