Great experience!

First class experience. John Bailey was a fantastic, sales consultant. The best dealership experience I have ever had. Technology consultant was excellent. Fair evaluation of my trade in and a good price on my new car. Almost all the paperwork was done in advance. Would definitely buy again.

Home service for Takata Airbag replacement

Marcus came to our house and replaced the recalled airbag in our Mercedes. He was kind and respectful and did a great job. Having the work done at our house saved the better part of a day. Thanks

Move up to a newer model Benz

Very good buying experience, with cars being hard to come during this chip shortage. Xavier Darden (Luxury Sales) was able to assist me in finding a great vehicle. Xavier was busy with other appointment customers, since I was a walk-in, but still handled my needs. The finance group was able to get the numbers right from my standpoint on the first stab of the deal and we moved forward. Great customer experience and very professional.

Raising the bar for everyone

These people go above and beyond what is expected. We are new to the area and travel extensively so have gotten to know many dealerships throughout the country. These folks set a new standard and it is a very, very high bar. Lorri Garrett was my service advisor and she's excellent. John Bailey is our Sales Advisor and he is thoughtful and straightforward.

These people go above and beyond what is expected. Our is a new 450 GLS and Lori Garrett (Service) and John Bailey (Sales) are taking great care of us. Nissan murano

Salesman Scott Halpern was super. Need to look into the prep, service department. I checked all fluids and air filter when I got home, as I do with all my purchases. Opened air filter to check, to my surprise found dog food and packing peanuts inside, almost 2 cups full, evidently brought in by a mouse. If your service department would have checked air filter they would have found this. Now this is me wondering if they truly changed the oil and checked other things, car only has 30k miles.

Beat Dealership Ever!!

Amazing all around! Big shout out to Sam Cavett, Killian Davis and Keith Ertell. Thank you guys so much! From the moment I ordered my vehicle I got nothing but the best care and service. The car was delayed due to circumstances beyond the dealership’s control. Even so, they made every effort to keep me informed and problem solved so that I could get my car ASAP. The process was truly seamless. I Love my car and I love the dealership just as much!
