Very unpleasant experience. Recommend nobody purchase anything from auto savy. Very dishonest about damage to vehicles. Only got about 100 miles on a used crosstrek that only had 15000 miles on it before it started smoking heavily and leaking fluids. Also , the slightest turn to the right causes extreme rattling and vibrating in the front wheel. Also, car pulls to the right badly. I've been trying to take the car to autosavy under warranty but nobody called me back once. I've been trying since Monday. Finally got my car to their Recommended shop on Friday where I was told they will need to keep my car over the weekend before even getting repairs approved. Reached out to autosavy for a rental that they agreed to but when it came to actually getting the rental they just stopped answering the phone or responding to messages. All a couple hours before closing. No excuses, just terrible business practices and customer service. Wish I never heard of auto savy.

Be careful, this dealership is fraudulent. I bought a truck, turns out it had a bent frame that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. They took the truck back and had it for a month, nothing was fixed. As of now I get zero response back from them and stuck with a totaled truck that I spent 38k on. I have hired a lawyer now and wish this experience on no one

Rolling down hill without brakes. Auto Savvy use to be much better when Connor was there. Im not buying $1800 in trees and your Buy Back xx in Utah is very scammer. What happened to you? Such a shame, I loved the experience I had a couple years ago!
