At least be honest about your pricing!

At least be honest about your pricing! Looks like a good deal until you figure in their 5995$ dealer prep fee which is nothing more than a detail! Terrible!

I have entered several reviews against this business. Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a car from them and they offered an extended warranty but when they finally produced it, the warranty ran consecutive with manufacturer's warranty. I tried to cancel through them and they refused. I called the warranty company and they immediately canceled the warranty because they agreed with me that the warranty was bogus, plus it was not an extension. Anyway after cancelling the warranty, they made the mistake of sending the check to the dealer. The warranty cost well over 3,000. I called and complained, went there more than 20 times only to be stood up and lied to or not responded to at all. I was left on hold by their receptionist more times than I can count. They promised me the full check was sent to me by Federal Express, no check. Now I repeat the same cycle all over again because the car was paid in full and I owe them no money so why are you keeping the check. I told the owner Lee Morant that I was going to contact the BBB and Consumer Affairs, he said good luck because they are behind anyway. He thought it was funny, I didn't. Now when check arrives is about 1200, they kept close to 2,500 for themselves and told me be glad I got that. All my other reviews against them on here as well as on facebook have been delete. Take a lawyer with you, a mechanic and someone who understands fast talk when you buy a car from them. They are thieves and liars. They kept my money with no remorse. When I asked for warranty at sale of car, I was told you will get it, I went back to take car because the mirror fell off and asked about warranty and was told about Paul, you're not hear for that. They ducked and dodged me long enough to deceive me and rob me. Please if you need a car, don't go there

DO NOT GO TO SQUARE ONE AUTO!

DO NOT GO TO SQUARE ONE AUTO! They lure you in with very low prices for used cars and then slap on $4-5k of dealer fees that they won't negotiate on and make you feel cheated. They even had me sign a paper saying that I knowingly chose to have a $2k dealer fee and I tried to refuse to sign the paper because it wasn't true--they NEVER told me that I could refuse that fee. They told me I couldn't have the car if I didn't sign it so I said I would falsely sign it just to complete the transaction. It was horrible and it totally tainted my used car buying experience.
