Came down from wisconsin because i thought i found a perfect deal, turns out vehicle is in worse condition than shown on photo. trim missing, bumper falling off, torn interior and a layer of grease to the interior. clearly not detailed as described in the listing. i continue my inspection on the vehicle and using my OBD II scanner i find incomplete readiness monitors for the catalytic converter and evap system. those would only be left incomplete if the check engine light was cleared. That immediately rose my suspicion and when I brought that up to the salesman he gave me a blank stare and told me to "take my time". He didn't try to explain the situation or try to convince me otherwise or even at the least feign ignorance, i could tell he knew i was on the money and simply gave up on the sale. I tried to thank him for his time but he disappeared so I left. (also the "office" is really shady looking, they don't even have lights on in the building just two chairs and a desk and a bunch of dusty cars parked 2 feet away from you)

I had inquired about a car they had listed, spoke to a guy name “SAM”, after a few email exchanges, I made an offer on the car, to what I am assuming, he didn’t like the offer and ghosted me. Clearly he should not be in this kind business if he’s going to be offended by an offer. Shame on you Sam, I would’ve bought the car had you counter offered. I don’t recommend dealing with these guys. Save your time and go elsewhere. 👎🏻

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICED HERE! They didn't respond to my there inquires. Beware of bait and switch tactics. I was looking at one of their vehicles on a car advertising site, and it said go to their personal website for more information and pictures. When I did that, the car isn't even listed on their website. What a scam.

Karl was very helpful. I know we paid a little more for the CRV but it had very low miles and the CARFAX showed a well maintained vehicle from the previous owner.

I haven't seen a car yet but the sales person I spoke with was cordial and accommodating

Overall, the experience was very good. We purchased the car from Mo, a polite, soft spoken man that gave us zero pressure during the entire sales process. His communication was excellent throughout the process. The car needs a bit of work, but it was listed at a great price. He offered an optional extended powertrain warranty, and fixed a worn-out serpentine belt when a local mechanic pointed it out during a pre-sale inspection. Thanks!

Karl and Moe at Moto Zone were fantastic to deal with ..the Accord was well advertised by pictures and descriptions and the delivery was flawless..not having seen the car because of the distance between us when the car arrived it was exactly as depicted by Moe and Karl mechanically it is perfect and body wise extremely great looking for a 2012 with only 49,000 mls…thank you again Karl Moe and Moto Zone…mark
