I have always had outstanding communications with Shaun Sharma my service Administrator and again when I brought in my BMW Z4 for an engine problem that the local BMW dealership could not solve it was identified with 24 hours by the service technician Raymond.

Great working with Antoine. I can rely on him to tackle any service need. The entire sales and service department along with management at Audi Wesley Chapel are bespoke in approach and provide a premium luxury service.

Had a great experience at the Audi Wesley Chapel dealership. Andre was awesome—super easy to work with, really knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for an Audi.

Have been using WCA for service for my car since they opened their doors. I have found since the beginning of starting to utilize their facility that they are a first class operation who cares about total customer care and satisfaction. I found this to be truly evident in dealing with my service manager Antoine Borgella , whom I was fortunate enough to meet on my first visit for service . His constant drive to insure a total customer service experience is evident from making the service appointment to picking up the vehicle on completion of service. All in all will continue to use WCA as long as I am a Audi owner.

I recently took my 2019 Mercedes-Benz to Audi Wesley Chapel for a repair, and the experience was top-notch. My service advisor, Antoine Borgella, truly impressed me. He sent a detailed video of my car, clearly explaining the issue and showing me exactly where the coolant leak was coming from. It made the whole process very transparent. What I appreciated most was that I didn’t have to worry about the logistics. Antoine handled the warranty company entirely so I didn’t have to. To top it off, the car was ready by the very next business day. Fast, professional, and great communication. Highly recommend Antoine and the team here!"

Shaun Sharma is amazing. This is my 3rd purchase from his store and Shaun’s service continually get better if that’s possible. He’s professional, prompt and personable. I consider Shaun a friend.

I was driving in from out of town when the service lights came on in my 2024 SQ7 and the car went into limp mode. Luckily, I was only 10 minutes from Audi of Wesley Chapel. I waited for them to open, and the service representative, Shaun Sharma, had me in and out within about two hours. With how many electrical systems these cars have, that timeframe was totally understandable. The waiting area is inside the showroom, so I got to check out some amazing cars—and let’s talk about the coffee machine… I usually don’t like machine coffee, but this one was the exception. I hope I never have car issues again, but if I’m ever in town and something happens, I’d gladly bring my vehicle back to this service department. Thanks again to Shaun and the entire staff!

What an amazing team effort to resolve my maintenance issue, Antoine Borgella coordinated and delivered excellent customer service. My Audi A8L had extreme vibration issues effecting the quality of driving, and they conducted a Road Force Balancing test, which solved the issue. My car runs better than a New Audi. I’m continue to be very happy with my Audi A8L and the excellent service and experience I receive at Wesley Chapel Audi.
