Maintenance Service

Service was excellent…….my service rep owned the process of replacing a tire that was going flat via a roofing nail in left rear that my fiancé failed to pick up probably on her driveway!

The benchmark of how dealers should work.

Audi WC, and the members of the team Juan Arroyave, and Michael Cronk, went above and beyond to make a deal. They didn't have the car stock, so Michael went to work, networked, and found a car from another dealer. A dealer nearer to me wouldn't even have a conversation with me about trying to source a vehicle for me. And I wasn't being picky about color/options, just a price point in order to make the deal work. Their communication approach and style was online (my preference), and with no pressure. The finance rep, Neal, didn't try to keep me in their office for hours on end trying to sell me stuff. Showed me the menu, asked if I was interested and that was that. Their only limitation was the inability to do the paperwork online, and it was because the bank requires a wet-ink signature. Everything else was handled via txt/email. A few calls here and there, but nothing overbearing.

Buy from Audi of Wesley Chapel

Contacted dealership via text inquiring about a used vehicle, received a text from Mark Grable stating he would handle any questions I might have and if I wanted to pursue my purchase he would complete any paperwork via email prior to me visiting the dealership so as to make my purchase easy and time efficient as possible! Upon arrival at Audi I found my car full of gas and detailed! It looked like a brand new car! Get this with test drive, paperwork and finance guy we were out the door in under two hours! Finance guy Neal Dossett was probably the nicest money man I’ve dealt with, no pressure, sign here and there and we were done! Thank you Mark and Neal
