Service dept sucks It is a scam If you don’t want to wait two to three hours for an oil change you need to drive to the other dealership in Tulsa I won’t be back after a vehicle purchase a few months ago!!!

Five star service every time. Trevor does an excellent job and I know I can trust what he tells me should be done to my car and always makes sure it’s completed in the timeframe promised.
The Service Department is EXCELLENT!
The Service Department is EXCELLENT! I have never had a problem in dealing with the Glover service department. I recently had an issue and called my service rep, Brooklyn. She did some research, and promptly called back with a solution and scheduled my Wrangler in to be repaired within 24 hours! When she reviewed my service report with me recently, she informed me that I would need new tires soon and proceeded to let me know when the tire sale would begin-(buy 3, get 1 free). Who doesn't appreciate someone looking out for them, their $, and keeping their vehicle on the road problem free? Establishing positive relationships creates a sense of trust and security that will keep customers coming back.

Had a transmission problem right from the start.
Had a transmission problem right from the start. Took the van back for repair. The van sat at the dealership for 2 months waiting for them to do something about it. We finally ran into Jared on the showroom floor and told him our problem. He got back with us and offered to install a used transmission. Now that transmission has gone out! When the sales and service staff found out we had been in contact with Jared Glover, they were upset with us and extremely rude. Won't be doing business with the Glovers again.

I started out liking the location of the dealership.
I started out liking the location of the dealership. However the service has been horrible. I have called to schedule service appointments and always get told a “service Rep” will call me back. I never get a call. I was also told my recall part was ordered over a month ago. I checked on it two weeks ago and was told it was just ordered. It would be two weeks to come in. After a call today I was simply told it was not in yet and there was no expected time for it to come in. Of course the young lady I was talking too was just relaying messages. I asked to talk to a service rep and was told none were available. I will NOT be using this dealership again. Simple things in customer service go a long way. Return a call when you say you will. Make time or call back with an explanation. Make the customer understand the situation. Or don’t….. and keep losing business.
