Had an appointment to drop my truck off. I was told the appointment date was the day they would look at the truck, makes sense. They then took a week and a half before they even looked at my truck. What was the point of my appointment? No loaners or anything, so my family consisting of a newborn and toddler with plenty of dr appointments and working is stuck with 1 vehicle, their response oh well. The sweetie manager, TJ, has by far the worst customer service ever, no care for anything and incompetent. There's a reason he's not a salesman, he couldn't sell water to a fish. Brooklyn was my service representative and she was by far the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with there. When my truck is finally finished and I pick it up my air filter was sitting in my back seat and my radiator cover was in the bed of my truck, the insulated battery cover was missing, and the auto stop feature is not working now.

The salesman was great. Very patient and understanding when we gave him our budget. Our entire experience went smoothly.

Always returns our calls in a timely manner and takes his time to listen to your problem and what you are needding done. The service department do a great and thorough job. And they always leave our cars clean. Awesome staff highly recommend them for all your service and car buying needs.

I easily scheduled an appointment to get my Jerp Grand Cherokee serviced, checked in on line and was met as soon as I pulled into the service department. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the wait for my car was relatively short. A great experience.
