I didn't think that it would be this smooth for me to get in to a new car. The experience from my visit to the dealership was the best I have ever had compared to a lot of other places. Bertha was very informative when it came down to my overall experience. She literally bet me to answering all the questions I had to ask. Also really listened to what I was interested in and made it happen. All and all I would continue to work with Bertha whenever I need a ride.
