I went to look at a used Promaster, which had a lot of rust so I didn't buy it. The guy showed me a Sprinter which looked ok to me, said he could sell it to me for X amount of money. Something felt off so I didn't buy it. When I got home I saw it was listed on here for $12k less than what he told me. Pretty shady stuff.

Another dealership, saying "no hidden fees", then add fees for not doing this and for doing this. Be clear and honest and list vehicles with your actual selling price.

Purchased a vehicle mid June. Was charged $4900 for an extended warranty which was added on to my loan and funded 100% by the bank . Fast forward to over 2 months later after bringing this to their attention at the beginning of July...... They never purchased the extended warranty!. Like a fool i call up the company that my contract is supposed to be with. They have no record of me or the vehicle. Stop by to just be told "You're 100% right. Call me tomorrow and we'll let you know what we can do for you ." Why is it me having to chase an issue like this. And the gall to talk to me like they're doing me a favor. Well see how tomorrow goes.

I bought an 08 Sprinter with low miles that needed some small repairs . They would not negotiate on price and I was told it would be in top running order. Within 5 minutes of leaving with it, It started turning on code lights. When I got it home, the timing chain tensioner started making noise at startup. 4K later it's fixed. it ended up needing a new timing chain because when they changed the tensioner, the nylon chain glides broke inside the motor. SAG sent me $350 back when I told them what happened. I guess they figured that was the LEAST they could do.

They have many options of Sprinter vans and all other vans to choose from, financing took a little bit longer than I thought, because of my bad credit and a low down payment but got approved
