I had great service from Mrs.Sue as I always do , she put me in a loner while my truck we in the shop .Called me when it was completed and explained what they had found and also complained on recall and order parts for another recall .

I came in on 12/01/2023 for an oil change and I printed

I came in on 12/01/2023 for an oil change and I printed coupons from the Southland Dodge Site. I was told that I couldn't use the coupons. Also when oil change was finished the paperwork stated that my lights etc was checked and they wasn't because I had a light that wasn't working before I came there and they checked off everything was good.
