The team at Southland Dodge were fantastic throughout my entire process. I am out of state and they made the process easy. Miranda and Carla were wonderful to work with and Mr. Carroll who picked me up from the airport couldn't have been friendlier.

Brought in my jeep wrangler for several issues, first
Brought in my jeep wrangler for several issues, first being the jeep pulls to the right when braking and the other ended up being motor work. This brand new mopar motor is under warranty and we were lied to that the labor was not paid through a warranty claim, that is absolutely a lie. Then the truth that they just didn’t want to do warranty work came out bc they don’t get paid the same labor rate in a warranty claim: We were told the brake calipers were changed and a full break job. 1300$ later, My teenager picked up the jeep and had braking issues that were not there before and they refuse to come get it from the family members home we had to park it at bc of it not being safe to drive at this point. Service manager Dean hung up on me when I got loud with him about putting his service advisor in a bad spot being the middle man for his lies. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE dealership! Do not purchase or bring your vehicles here.

We had a great experience at Southland Dodge.
We had a great experience at Southland Dodge. We purchased a pristine 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit, and are over the top happy. Our salesperson Miranda Malbrough was perfect. She handled all the details without a hitch. Miranda and finance Manager, Carla Jackson, made the transaction one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had (and we've bought a lot of cars). While this dealership may not be the biggest or fanciest; they punch WAY above their weight when it comes to selection, and customer service. We drove over three hours to get to the dealership to buy this car, and were not disappointed. Do yourself a big favor, and make the drive to Southland Dodge in Houma, LA...you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend these guys. I worked with Ashley, very professional and very helpful. I’m not from Louisiana, found the car, 2020 Porsche Macan S, on auto trader at a great price well below what others were asking and low miles. I had to fly in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Everything went seamlessly. I was picked at the New Orleans airport by one of their drivers, perfect, no expense to me. When we got to the dealership all the paperwork was done and waiting for me. The only thing I had to wait on was the car which was being detailed. About 30 minutes later I was presented with a 5yr old car that looked brand new. I drove the 900mi back to South Florida with no problems. I brought it to my mechanic for a very thorough post purchase inspection. He was amazed at how clean and mechanically sound the car was. Overall great experience wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I purchased my vehicle from an out of town Dodge
I purchased my vehicle from an out of town Dodge dealership. It is due for its first oil change. I made an appointment online with Southland Dodge. I received a call from the service manager stating the appointment was cancelled because I had not purchased my car from them and that the owner of Southland Dodge and the owner of the Dodge dealership I purchased my car from had an issue with each other so Southland Dodge was not willing to service my vehicle. This is very petty and childish. The owner needs to grow up and act like an adult and not take it out on customers who have nothing to do with his beef with another Dodge dealership.
