This was the worst car leasing experience I have ever had. The finance process was even worse. I was told the ONLY way to get approved was to increase my payment,yet somehow I am not listed as the primary lessee while the co-signer is. The entire deal feels misleading & shady. Misleading experience, poor communication, hidden downgrades,and ZERO effort to resolve serious customer concerns afterward. Their advertising & customer service motto mean absolutely nothing once the papers are signed. They care about the deal, not making sure the customer understands what they are driving home in. Sad that I couldn’t just leave it on the lot. Buy your car from Gateway.

I stopped in there while I was treying to negotiate a deal with a competing dealership as they had a demo 2025 Sorento with 3k miles. I mert with Justice Hodges whow as personable, professional and listened to what I was looking for. We took a test drive and looked at other vehicles that were in the realm of what I was looking for. He didn't waste my time which I appreciated. Unfortunately (I thought), a deal couldn't be made. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership he called me with something I never considered. Cut to the chase, he and his GM put me in a 2026 Sorento AND met my down payment and financing terms. Done Deal!! Finished the paperwork the next day with Dean of finance. Justice was outstanding in every aspect and it's been a VERY long time when I've felt this way about s salesperson. If you're in the market, go see Justice- he's the man!
