So I traded in my 2017 mirage G4. I traded for a 2023 mirage G4 ES Black edition so I was already familiar with the mirage my 2017 was the basic entry level version of The mirage my 23 g4es Black edition is fully loaded I find Mitsubishi to be a very reliable car and yes I know the mirage it's very small entry level compact car but my 23 seems to have more power than my 17 and the options and fit and finish of my 2023 are far superior to my 2017 I didn't buy a Lamborghini or Porsche or Ferrari I bought a Mitsubishi considering this is my second one I'm going to have to say I'm very satisfied with the value I received from my money

She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. They explain the services I need, and I feel that they are honest and not trying to make me pay for things I don't need. My car is running so smooth. Since I brought the car in 2021, I only needed a tire and new battery. How great is that!! Plus, I love seeing the friendly dog. It feels like a family here.
