My experience with Bachman has been the most infuriating
My experience with Bachman has been the most infuriating experience I’ve had with a service department. They fixed the valve covers, brakes, and more on my car, which is great. But they didn’t rectify one of the original issues, which was a P0011 code on the engine. Victor, in my opinion, wasn’t clear in his description of the work that needed to be done. My understanding was that it was Option A OR Option B and that they wouldn’t replace a part on the engine that wouldn’t fix the problem. Ryan, the manager, claimed that their mechanics have to follow a particular protocol to be covered by Hyundai and that they can only fix problems that they have the codes for, which is silly. I guess the joke is on me for expecting a mechanic to treat a problem like an engineer would instead of following a step-by-step playbook.

Tyler was professional and easy to do business with, he was trying hard to accommodate all my requests since I was not in town to test drive the vehicle before the purchase. The vehicle was correctly described and the price was good, pretty straight forward and hassle free experience.

#Bachman Auto Group in Jeffersonville, IN is THE BEST dealership I have EVER purchased from! I just bought a 2024 Lexus NX Premium from them 2 months ago. First off, they matched the offer I got from Car Gurus on my trade-in and treated me with respect. To top this, I got a giant crack (7 inches) in my windshield just 5 days after buying my vehicle and they fully REIMBURSED ME for the cost of that repair I paid to Safelite in Ohio. It was certainly worth the 2hr drive I initially took from Ohio to do business with them. Just wanted you all to know that #Bachman Auto Group is a rare dealership that really takes care of its clients. They won my trust, for sure. Emmitt (salesman) was pleasant and positive.
Emmitt (salesman) was pleasant and positive. The deal for the truck purchased was okay. The dealer came down $500 but I had to ask twice. What I thought was odd was the truck wasn’t detailed and I was told they could only put $40 dollars in gas. It was an average visit. The Emmitt told me several times how good of a deal it was. The price we settled on was an average based on KBB.

Terrible customer service for warranty repair work, no communication even called two CEO, left message and got no return calls had to call warranty company myself to get the claim approved after car sat for 2 days had an appointment for 29 days out. Would not recommend for any family or friends to buy here only because of the service department
