Horrible attitude, hung up in the middle of me talking multiple times, was flexing his business on me, very rude and rushing me to end the call as if the person wasnt being patient with me, tryed to ego me multiple times, I would NOT go here ever, horrible experience, it took alot in me not to go there and say it to my face like a man, because he wouldnt. That being said I was super respectful and never even confronted him about this, as a buisness owner i understand a bad review alters alot.

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!! We are very happy with Them and will buy another car from them in the future and can count on a wonderful buying experience. From Massachusetts to Maryland with an understanding and honest dealership!!! Fantastic

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

It's April 26th, 2023...... I closed on a 2018 WRX two weeks ago, and the dealership told me they could get it registered in RI (personal reasons for that, Im moving back to RI next month to a house I own down there and are moving back down there in about two months! The point is, so far they have made it a JOY and EASY to work with.....You simply don't get that much these days. I didnt haggle the price whatsoever, I thought it was fair and I was happy with everything. John and his wife Christy have been very nice and extremely professional. One of the tires had a huge gash on the sidewall, and they said they will take care of it no problem! Its a preowned car so I dont expect everything perfect, but to have him say he will take care of it and make it right (def safety issue) was exactly what I wanted to hear! The level of service is fantastic. I should have my car registered in RI in aprx 10-14 days and said they will drop the car off at my house! Now that is service, and greatly appreciated. As soon as this wraps up and see how things unfold, I'll keep you guys updated. User reviews these days are THE most important thing when buying a car.......you can get a WRX really anywhere....its working with QUALITY folks like at Drum Hill Motors. John was great and explained everything. He saved me 7% on finance from CarGurus banks. He shopped around for a great rate from credit union. Travel from Warwick Rhode Island to Lowell Mass.

They were very happy to accommodate my schedule and arrange to show the car at a time that worked.
