My service was excellent, I got there at 9am and was done by 1030am. The technician was professional al and courteous and my service included a free car wash. I will come here again for service.

Lakeidra McBride

Mike Mortarelli was amazing. He contacted me by phone about 2 months before I came into the facility. He kept in touch with me and xheckeechecked on me about once a week to see when I could come into the facility. When I was finally able to come in it was under stressful situation and getting approved for the loan was a very long 2 day process. Mike made the experience as smooth as possible and was very encouraging even when things didnt seem to be going in my favor. Overall I'm very glad I was chosen to be a customer of Mike's because he was the best I could ask for!

Fast friendly oil change.

Very knowledgeable, friendly over all great customer service. He offered other services for the car but right now can not afford to have them fixed.

Friendly Service

I was greeted immediately by a service writer. His big smile matched his bright personality. My Prius needed tire rotation and recall, which was a software update. The estimated time was spot-on. While I waited, I was greeted again, this time by my salesman. He was truly happy to see me. My whole experience was fabulous. That’s why I chose Advantage Toyota as my dealership.

35,000 mile check

Todd was excellent. The only problem I had was to find out that my maintenance warranty was expired -written for the first 25,000 miles while I had Toyota Care. To say the least I am following up with advantage and the warranty company. My car has 35,000 miles. That is the issue . I will only recommend this dealership if you look at the warranty contract closely - when it begins and ends before you purchase a car. When I purchased my car it was River Oaks! I had stayed away for years due to issues at the dealership . I came back and 35,000 miles later there was a problem.

Great service !

Excellent service department . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Addressed my problem while I relaxed in comfortable waiting room . I will return to Advantage for future service when needed. They even offered shuttle service if needed.

Thank you again Davina Poole I literally kept seeing her name on my timeline n her reviews I thought were too good to be true.... But... She is EVERYTHING EVERYONE SAYS she is. She got me in the whip I wanted n she was soo Friggn cool abt everything. I went in with low expectations n came out with the Dopest car I'd ever owned with a GREAT car note... YALL WANT A CAR RIGHT... NO xxxxxxxx... GO SEE DAVINA... DO IT!!! And this ain't no Jussie Smollet.... I ain't making up stuff😂 THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH

Friendly staff and good quality service. Would recommend to anyone. Clean facility. Works quickly and gets the job done. Every employee acknowledges the customers even if they are not personally assisting them.
