I called iDrive motors and asked the sales person I was transferred to about the condition of a car I was interested in - the first question I asked was "is it rusty?" and before the words were even out of my mouth he cut in and said "we don't sell bad cars here" firmly and then asked if I wanted to come see the car. Honestly - bold strategy it got me to drive 90 minutes to see the car, but boy was that ever a waste of my time. I got to the dealership even though I had an appointment, the salesperson was not there so a non sales person found me the keys and took me out to the car to look at it. It did not start. Dead battery not the end of the world but it was only the beginning. Immediately when the hood was open I saw how rusty it was, it was even worse underneath. I have looked at 3 other salt belt highlanders of the same age and none of them were as bad as this car. Not only that, the air conditioning was totally non functioning, the rear hatch did not function properly, and the front right strut had some kind of weird black cordage or something wrapped around it. The car was also just a lot rougher cosmetically than I'd hope for a "no bad cars" dealership - things like the license plate bolt holes in the back appearing to have just been ripped out by the previous owner and not repaired? This dealership definitely does have bad cars and is probably worth avoiding altogether

I was looking for a wrangler and the first one I looked at was here- and I bought it! This is a small mom and pop dealership with one sales person who is a no pressure, kind person. All of their employees are helpful and friendly and I am really glad I got my vehicle from them.

Went in with the car already in mind, and the guys took care of me. The process was super easy and had no headaches during the process. Would recommend anyone to get a car !

BUYER BEWARE - We purchased a truck from this dealer 4 months ago and have yet to receive the paperwork necessary to get a licenses plate. The dealer tells us it's the banks responsibility, the bank says the dealer needs to handle it. We've spoken to many "managers" who offer ZERO solutions and just told us they aren't able to give us another 45 day temp tag. Shameful! At this point we will not be able to drive the vehicle we purchased because this "place of business" cannot sort out the paperwork we need to get plates. Completely embarrassing, I would look elsewhere for a vehicle.

I know this review has some good reviews online, but I was asking about a vehicle as I am from out of state. I requested a few higher resolution photos via email or text. I understand the car I was looking at was older and would be normal for some wear and tear, scratches and dings, so at the risk of being surprised when the vehicle arrived from being shipped, I requested the photos of any defects, damage. At first I was told the car had no defects or damage and all the photos were online... Honestly to help someone who is purchasing a car blindy without seeing it or driving it, is texting s few photos a big deal? I asked for pictures of the wheels, engine and any defects... After getting a photos which included none of these items, I gave up, later the salesman asked what I wanted to do... And I replied since I couldn't get a few simple photos of the damage and what I asked for I was all set, I had to ask about certain things that I could see in the photos such as a scratch and missing handles, damaged speaker etc.. I didn't get any specific photos saying here is a picture of this damaged section...I had to guess and question the salesman via text.. I figured if I can't get honest pics, how can the whole transaction be honest.. He told me he would then send me more photos.. he did and again did not all the photos I asked for.. It wasn't worth the effort for me to fly out there or buy and have it sent .. after each photo I got I could see more damage and defects, unlike when I was told there wasn't any.. It's small scratches and missing handles which I was ok with, but the lack of transparency I wasn't happy about... I then moved on to a different dealership in another state, same car.. that salesman sent me way more pictures than I asked for, put it up on a lift sent me pics of that.. pointed out every defect in every picture. It was the transaction I expected from a salesman who would be willing to work with someone out of state.. and he actually went far beyond what I expected unlike the gentleman at iDrive.. oh well

I really apologize for this situation, this is definitely not how we do business here at iDrive Motors. We do sell many cars sight unseen and try to describe these cars as much as we can so our customers have no unexpected surprises and are happy with their purchase.

A very professional and courteous staff, from salesman to finance officer. The most straight more, efficient, no nonsense car purchasing experience I have had. I highly recommend this dealership.

After getting multiple run arounds or shown old carfax I was beginning to not want to look for the specific car I wanted. Until iDrive popped up. They were very professional. They gave me call backs, updates and helped me feel comfortable buying the car. Best service I’ve had in my car search!
