Great car buying experience at Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep

My salesman, Scott Purvis, had my car of interest waiting for me when I arrived, patiently discribed features and functionality of my new Jeep Cherokee Sport. Everyone with whom I came in contact with was friendly and courteous, staff was helpful and not pushy. I was treated as a valued customer and not just as a potential sale. I had a great car-buying experience. I would recommend Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep, in Scottsdale, Arizona, to anyone. My sales representative was awesome and the highlight of the process. My previous Jeep sold me on Jeep products. Scott Purvis and his associates have me sold on Chapman. I have not doubt that when it comes time for my next vehicle, I will drive straight to Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Excellence on on levels ! Thank you Scott! Happy customer

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from this dealer- David Sieveking was the sales associate who helped me- explained all about the vehicle's features, price, trade-in, etc. He even arranged to have service dept. transfer wheelchair rack from old car to new Jeep. Thanks, Chapman dealer and Mr. Sieveking.

Quoted $890 for a $18.34 job

Brought my jeep liberty in as my A/C stopped working. I was told the A/C clutch fails to engage when the A/C is on. A diagnostic check relieved the A/C was not getting information from the PCM. They quoted me $890 to replace the PCM ($660) labor $180 plus tax. I brought my jeep home and did some research. I figured for just under a grand I might as well attempt to fix it myself. I started with the most basic... I bought a pressure sensor for $16.99 plus tax. I installed it in less than 15 minutes. I was amazed to find MY A/C WORKED! I saved myself almost $900 by spending 15 minutes on my vehicle. I am NOT going back to Chapman Dodge 6601 E. McDowell Rd. Scottsdale AZ

The vehicle did not have an A/C ground signal. We did not charge you any diagnosis fees as a courtesy to you. As for the vehicle being repaired with a $16.99 part that is wonderful. Great dealer/great customer service

Eddie Valdez was my service adviser and was excellent as he explained everything in detail and followed-up with the whole time. Scott Huber is the Sales Mgr and is always there is help every step of the way.

Scott Purvis went above and beyond to locate the vehicle we wanted and deliver it in the timeframe that we needed. He truly exemplified putting the Customer first!!

Buying two cars at once!

My wife and I last Saturday knew that we both needed new cars, and we have been researching for a couple months which would be the best. I have had an '05 Durango, which held up through 5 kids and several road trips, and my wife had an '08 Honda CRV, which survived long commutes to and from her job. I had a great past experience with Chapman and we looked there first, and with a great selection and pricing the choice was easy. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had great patients when it came to test driving six different cars! The management gave us a great deal and some extra off for buying a '14 Ram 1500 and a '14 Challenger. Would highly recommend to see them first!

They sell cars with accident history, check AUTO Check repor

I have to give this rating. When you buy a vehicle at this location, don't go with CAR FAX report shared by this dealer. They carry vehicles which has accident history and make sure you check AUTOCHECK as well. I brought used Chrysler Town and Country from this dealer and they persuaded me to buy this vehicle some how by agreeing to my terms. Later next day, i got a call from my credit union saying the vehicle I brought has an accident history with in AUTO CHECK. I went back to the dealer and it was a great hassle which you can't expect. I ended up buying a new vehicle on dealer teams paying way beyond actual price of the car. i do not know whether this is a trick from this dealer. Do not do your business with this dealer especially don;t go with Sales Man Frank and Dodge Manager GILBERT.

Several repairs that have had to be re-done because work not done correctly the first time. I've had 12 service visits over the past 22 months - 5 of these being repeats on original repair.

Yesterday, we decided to buy a new Wrangler. We did all of our research on the internet and we knew what we wanted. We identified four vehicles at various dealers then began the process of calling each for a quote. We started with Chapman. We were very up front about what we were doing, and stated that we were going to buy a vehicle from someone today and that this was their opportunity to give us their best shot on a vehicle we liked. They gathered the powers to be, did their calculations, and called us back within 5 minutes. I do believe that they gave us their best deal. we were happy, drove to the dealership, made the purchase and was done in about an hour. This was by far the most pleasurable dealership transaction we have EVER gone through, very low key and no one was pushy or trying to sell us a bunch of garbage we did not want or need. I'm sure they made a profit as they should, that's what they are in business to do, but having said that, we felt that our quote was extremely fair. To us, it was a win win situation. We highly recommend Chapman as a dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The experience was great. I traded my 2010 for a new 2014 Chryler 300- love the car and the service was Great!!! I did not feel pressured and was not there all day as many dealerships will drag you thru the whole day of purchasing a car. It was a very great car buying experience!! Kerry Yoder, internet sales was great, the sales manager Gilbert was great and the finance Mariano Moriante was very knowledgable on the service contracts and explaing the financing. Thank you Chapman Chrysler in Scottsdale!!! I love my 2014 Chrysler 300
