Stay away and do not get nearby! I was there two days ago to buy a used car and had everything agreed upon. I was then sent to the finance manager to finish the paperwork and, since they were ready to close the place, I hurried and signed off on what I was given. Two days later, today, I looked at the agreement, and they had added Gap for $1,500.00, Zurich service contract for $5,056.00. The price went up from $26,875 to $29,860.88. Other items that were outrageous, such as a 9.2% interest rate. Called the dealership and left numerous messages to the GM, salesman, finance guys, they all went to voice mail and none of them called me back (this was almost three hours ago). I then called and asked for anyone in charge and talked to Monty, the sales manager, who argued with me but was cancelling the gap and the Zurich, but nothing else. I would not buy anything from these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manny Miyar

I decided to purchase a truck from this dealership based on my previous positive experience with the service department while owning a GMC Denali 2500. Without a doubt, it was the best service I have ever encountered. After work, my wife and I drove from WPB to Stuart to see a 1500 Denali. It was dark by the time we arrived at the dealership and saw the truck. We took it for a test drive and then left. Three days later, we once again drove down after work, and it was dark by the time we arrived. We decided to move forward with purchasing the 1500 Black Denali. However, my wife noticed a few scratches on the bumpers and the back side of the truck. I mentioned this to the sales representative, Javier, who cleaned up the truck for delivery and assured me that the scratches were removed. Upon inspection, I noticed that the scratches were still present on both the front and rear bumpers. When I brought this to Javier's attention, he assured me that they would take care of it. While signing the paperwork, I asked about the "I owe you" for the bumper's repairs. Javier assured me that they would touch up/repair the bumpers. A few days later, I texted him to inquire when I should bring the truck back for the repairs. He informed me that they had ordered the touch-up paint and it should arrive soon. I expressed my concern that a simple touch-up might not be sufficient to fix all the scratches and that I expected the dealership to do the right thing. Unfortunately, I received no response from Javier. A week later, I received a small bottle of touch-up paint in the mail. I am very disappointed with the sales department of this dealership. While it may have been my fault for purchasing the truck at nighttime, I did not expect this outcome based on my previous positive service experience with my earlier truck. Thank you,

I have a Buick Encore & love it. The service dept is what I have had problems with, two times. First I was having problems getting the car started, the service person said it was because & put the fob in my person. We'll that answer didn't work when I had my car in ft myers airport & returned at 11 pm & had a dead battery. I had asked the man if it could be the battery, he said no. Second time I took the car in to get wild change & tires rotation, the service person said it wasn't time for oil change, but tires needed air. I sat in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hrs, finally I went & checked, the gentleman said "your car has been setting here for over an hour!. I said I have been in the waiting area for 1 1/2. No sorry or anything.
